Bryant was very easy to work with. We had an AC issue. It was diagnosed and several options presented to fix it. And a pleasant surprise when asked if they could service our furnace. They did the same day without another appointment or service call to schedule. They are very thorough in their work and fair about pricing. I would highly recommend them for all heating and cooling maintenance and repairs. They are a company that goes above and beyond. And very courteous as well.

Bought a new home that the water heater had exploded in. Got the old unit moved out and put in a new hybrid unit that he recommended at a great price that ended up giving me almost $600 in rebates from electric company and green programs from the government. Ended up costing less for me than a normal electric water heater installed myself from any big box store plus the annual usage bill on this one is under $150 compared to $400-500 on a normal electric heater. Very professional very helpful and on time plus got us in super quick. Would not hesitate to call and use again for any heating or AC needs.

Absolutely amazing company and people. Our Central Air went out during a heatwave and they responded very promptly and made sure I knew all of my options for repairing or replacing the unit. Super friendly service from start to finish and very affordable options for what we needed. Absolutely the best example of why local business is way better than some gigantic chain as they show they truly care about their customers and are knowledgeable in their field.

Used for annual service on a furnace and water heater in a newly purchased home. Once the left the water heater began to drip water. Called them back to resolve the issue and they came out and put a cap on the issue resolving that but then charged $52.00 to resolve something that did not happen until after they came out and serviced the unit. Called about the issue and was told we only charged for our time (less than 5 minutes from their office). Would not use again because they do not do right by their customers from issues they caused.

Ive been a Bryant Heating customer for over 20 years. Today they came because I noticed my air flow making a noise. 10 minutes after Dan was here he came upstairs and asked me one question, and I thought about it, and replied yes and he had it all figured out. 90 minutes later all fixed.I have peace of mind and total confidence in Bryant Heating. It never fails that furnaces stop working on the coldest days of the year and typically off business hours. Dan was at our home quickly and had the problem diagnosed and repaired in less than two hours. Terrific company. I strongly recommend.

My Carrier AC unit stopped working. I called another other local company that does a lot of advertising in the area and who services Carrier. The service person came out and gave me a quote of almost $8,000 -- $4000 just to get the unit running again (blown motor) and another $4000 for another service he said the unit desperately needed. Was a bit shellshocked to say the least since the unit installed with ducts cost that much when I bought it - I declined. Base on a recommendation from someone I called Bryant Heating around 3pm. The person I spoke with was very nice and set me up with service for 8am the next morning. Daniel came looked at the unit and within 15 mins told me exactly what the problem and that the cost of the repair would be less than $1,000. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable about his profession. Needless to say Bryant is who I will use from this point on for all Heating and Cooling issues. Do not call others in this area based on slick advertising. Call Bryant.

Bryant of Binghamton saved me when I was in a bind. I was selling a house and furnace did not work during final walk through. I called Bryant and they fit me in immediately. Their technician, Dan, showed up as scheduled and spent quite a bit of time diagnosing problem. They had the required part in stock and had my furnace fixed in a few hours. Felt like a family run business, very professional courteous, and seemed honest. Great communication throughout the issue.
