The helpfulness of the young couple, the fact I could go with anyone to get store and regardless of if they have cash, credit cards or food stamps they accept them. My friends love their Buffalo and cows milk butter, their healthy tasty snacks in resealable bags. I love their choice of spices, and frozen fruits and vegetables. Their cute shopping carts. The couples knowledge in giving information about a grain that was new to me that I discovered there. I then googled it. Also the fact they would take orders of items they do not carry and get them for you! You could even arrange shopping and delivery services.

Customer service at Banyan grocers is awesome, they take care of your small to small inquiry with a happy face. Produce is fresh, grocery is well stocked, clean environment. Shail and Kenny both are awesome 👍. Five-star review from a happy customer.

Just got started, so shelves not full. But I feel they will improve and if I am back in that section of town I will go back. PS they had lots of spices that I would of bought. If I did not have a supply at home already.

This is a much needed Indian store for the greater Binghamton area. Clean, nice selection of essential Indian groceries and a very friendly, customer focused owner are some of the positives. The store offers home deliveries as well. The prices are a bit high, but I am sure no one is complaining given the convenience of having a good local Indian grocery store.

We bought Mother dairy paneer slabs on 1st May and it got spoiled in a week. I realise you are not the manufacturer but please do pass on this to your distributer or whoever is responsible if possible. Otherwise we had a wonderful experience at the store. Friendly owners and pretty organized store.

The best thing I have seen in this store is that the store guys are very friendly and helpful. If you can’t find your product they can order them for you. I really liked the variety of stuffs they have that I couldn’t find in any other grocery store nearby especially Indian products. Prices are reasonable. Fruits and veggies are fresh all the time. Nice Variety of Indian snacks, pickles, etc.

This is a wonderful new store and exactly what this area needs. There is convenient parking. When you enter you see fresh vegetables for sale. Indian vegetables like the ones that you cant find around here. The prices are reasonable. Then there are many frozen and refrigerated items. All types of spices for any type of Indian food you want to cook. The owners are so friendly. I asked them about my favorite coconut water and they said that they will order it . I am baffled about the negative review from Air Head which was posted apparently 2 weeks ago; thats so funny because the store only opened 4 days ago.

This store is the proper “Indian store” in the location. Friendly people with quality assured products makes this shop the best. Any items that you don’t find on the shop can be easily reached out to the store guys and they get you with prior notice. Go Banyan and feel Indian

Shopping at Banyan was worthwhile and enjoyable experience, specially during my travels to Binghamton from NYC. I have to commend the owner Shail for his professionalism and super helpful nature. While I was there, Shial attended every customer personally and addressed them on first name basis. Banyan will be my go-to-store when in Binghamton.

Nice local Indian Shop with a variety of products. They do have weekly and seasonal offers on most of the products. Go Grab the opportunity!It might be still difficult to shop as the price tags are not yet marked.Previously Reviewed (1/5) due to customer service and selling old stock/expired products along with a few other points which are taken care by the management now.

This is an amazing Indian grocery store that can cater to all your desi needs! The folks are wonderful and helpful. There is space for parking that makes it very convenient for people driving there. You can find anything from desi spices to fresh produce. This is ideal for the Indian in US type of deal. They also do cooked meals, chats ( Indian Street style food ). I know i will be visiting soon and if you are in Binghamton New York, this would be a go to place to have some chat.

The most sanitary store in Broome County! As you enter the store, there are disposable gloves and hand sanitizer. The okra is incredibly fresh! The couple who own the store are friendly and helpful. I havent tried the takeout yet.

One of best grocery stores in Binghamton where you will find every Indian spice, fresh vegetables. There is also a food counter where you experience the delicious Chaat, samosa, dabeli, Pani Puri, shev Puri etc which you would not get anywhere in Binghamton. One should definitely visit this store. They are really very well organized!!!
