Pretty sad my husband I have been doing business with them for over 10 years. My Artic Cat snowmobile needed a pull rope something very simple, their response was...to busy to work on it!! Really? Never had a problem before! I guess loyalty means nothing!!! They no longer work on Artic Cat !! Yet they have in the past!! I guess when business is slow they will help definitely not when they are too busy! Lost our business we are looking to buy a UTV!

Once a year I bring in a bike 06 Victory Vegas fer service and tires. I have no time address routine maintenance. Life of a truck driver. The crew at SSR understand completely. Ill never go elsewhere.

Attentive, friendly and courteous. Prices comparable with current market. Corprate has you preorder and wait for item. Should not reflect on dealership.

Always enjoy dealing with there staff. I bought an ATV with a plow from them years ago and after that I traded it in for a a Polaris side x side with enclosed cab, heat.and plow. Ive been plowing snow and hunting with it for 4-5 years. Went back for add one and was always pleased with courtious service done right the first time. Never any problems.

The woman that greeted me was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. She had a great relationship with other customers in the store and balanced helping all of us even though she was the only one working the sales floor.

I agree 100% about what others have said. SSR Powersports has excellent customer service, reasonable pricing, and you dont have to wait a month to get a machine back. Thats why I travel all the way from Ithaca to SSR, instead of going right into Newfield.

My husband and I went to this dealer under the false pretense of getting a very low interest rate of 3% on an UTV, after driving an hour we arrived and they gave us a new interest rate of 14%! The girl that was assisting us had little to no experience and had no idea what she was doing. After being there for over 2 hours and having this girl give us several different prices that continued to grow we left extremely disappointed. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere, we did.

We are very motivated buyers for a UTV. The girl at the counter barely acknowledged us. We were there for about 15 - 20 mins walking around. There was only one other couple on the showroom, so there was no reason why should could not of just said I will be right with you, or I will send some one out to help. We will not purchase from them!!! 0 for customer service.
