My insurance company sent a referral to Budget Auto Glass on March 16, 2021. As of April 9 they have done nothing, and ignored 3 phone calls. Completely awful service.

I called and set an appointment for the next day at my home. for a commercial Freightliner. Ready to go in 30 minutes! The customer service was excellent and the service was even better! You can’t deny how affordable they are! Clean, great work best prices in town! Thank you, George!

If you have home appointment, before the texh arrives they will send you his/her information and will give you a call for the ETA. Chris, the tech was earlier and explained his work all the way. Excellent service on my BMW X5 windshield replacement. George at Budget gave me good advice on replacement glass options. Budget went to the dealers shop (Gault) while the car was there for other service work and worked the replacement work into their overall schedule. No muss, no fuss.
