About 2 years ago, a family member recommended MC Auto Tech when I needed brakes/rotors/calipers done on my Accord, Ive been going there every since. Mike and Celeste are such nice people, I cant say enough, I have a temperamental 2015 Volkswagen Jetta, Mike has always been able to help me keep it going without breaking my bank account. Very honest in telling me what the issues are what he can do to correct them. Very happy my friend recommended MC Auto Tech when I was in need of a good Volkswagen Mechanic.

Very disrespectful towards me. Plus they damaged my engine and now I don’t have a vehicle to commute back and forth to work.

Avoid this place!!!!! They drive your car around and beat on it for fun. Sound like a place that you can trust?? Believe it or not, youve been warned!!! As an update, since no one will believe just a simple comment ill be posting a video online of what really goes on here!!

5 Stars! Mike really went out of his way to help me. I just moved here and didn’t know anyone who could or knew how to work on my BMW. Mc Auto was referred to me by my neighbor. Celeste his wife was great and after they fixed my car she followed up with a phone call to see how the car was doing. Thanks Mike for explaining to me just what was going on and what I need to do in the future to keep my car running smoothly. I would refer my family and friends anytime. Thanks Guys 👍🏻😁

I normally dont write reviews but I had to this time. I was referred here by a friend because my car was shaking and had multiple lights going off on the dash and for once I had a great experience at a car repair shop. I was able to drop my car off the night before and received a call the next afternoon with a diagnosis and their recommendation. I had them complete the repairs and picked my car up that night. Its been running great since.I really appreciate how quick and professional everything was handled. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Great place, very respectful known them for years. I will not take my vehicles to any other repair shop. They always take extra care of the vehicles, and will not let it leave the shop unsafe. I never have any problems with my vehicles after they did repairs, un like other auto Repair shops. Plus, they will beat almost any price. I would recommend anyone to them, half of my family does as well!.

You couldnt find a better mechanic for your money. Ive been a satisfied customer for 10plus years ! Wouldnt take my cars or sons cars anyplace else. What you see is what you get. A hard working mike and his wife Celeste just trying to make a living for their 3 children !!! Fair prices and honest!!!!

I had a very poor experience here. They had qualms with me waiting around for my car to be fixed; made me feel like they didnt want me seeing what they would be doing to my car. Mike the owner will pull you in with his assurances that he will fix all your auto problems but then tell you to come back again and again and again and youd think your car would be fixed by then but no: you get a lame excuse about how overbooked they are.....when it came down to it this auto repair shop failed me. None of my cars were ever fixed....I basically got the run around. Owner Mike is good at promising you the world but when it comes to delivering, you end up with NADA!!! Id advise anyone who values their time to stay away from mc auto: they will do absolutely nothing but waste your time.

I had work done on my 2003 Pontiac Aztek and was extremely impressed with Mike and all of his staff. He worked very hard for me to diagnose a extremely hard issue I was having with my car. I would recommend him to anybody who needs a qualified and HONEST mechanic to work on their car.

I have taken my 04 A4 here on numerous occasions, as it has been super temperamental the last 6 months or so. I happened across their shop after searching for a mechanic who knows Audis in the Binghamton area, when the vacuum system started to malfunction. He is more than fair and knows his stuff. I dont plan on taking my car anywhere else, theyre helpful, knowledgeable, and decently priced.
