I cannot recommend Tech Bro’s highly enough! Ibro was courteous, informative and FAST! I smashed my iPhone XS Max on a Saturday and panicked, trying to find somewhere that was open on a Sunday. Not only did he schedule an appointment for me at 3pm on a Sunday when he was closed and came in specifically for my appointment, my cracked screen was repaired and a new screen protector was put on in less than 30 minutes! He was extremely thorough in checking to make sure all of the parts were working correctly, and there is even a 1 year warranty on replaced parts in case they’re faulty. On top of all of that, he is the best value in town. A solid 5 stars from me, I’d give him 10 if I could!!!

Offered to help me buy a phone even though they would make no money on it and then aggressively searched for the cheapest option when I decided to repair my old one. I came in with my Verizon phone at 12pm on a Saturday ~ he was my last hope for fixing the phone my dog ate the corner & cracked the screen in multiple pieces. (everyone else in town said it was a lost cause or they couldnt find the parts) I have very important text messages on the phone that were not backed up (my fault)anyways~he got right to work ordered the parts he need to repair my phone & explained everything he was repairing. He helped ease my mind assuring me that he was able to fix the phone & get all parts necessary for the repair. About 72 hrs. later he called me to tell me my phone was working & all info. was restored.thanks again tech bros~ I will always go to you for any phone repairs & Ill be sure send everyone your way for their repairs.

I took my phone there because it had a full charge and wouldnt turn on. He took it apart and showed me where it must have gotten water in the bottom half of the phone. He put it back together and it worked. No charge. Honest and knowledgeable. Will be going there for any future tech needs.

I reached out to Ibro because my phone screen went black after it fell but it would still turn on in Siri would still work. The screen was just black. Unfortunately I had an issue with my vehicle and I also had my kids he came to my house picked up my device brought it to his shop and was able to fix it brought it back very fast! He didn’t awesome job my phone works as if it’s brand new still! He put a screen protector on it and even gave me new cases! Better price /service / time I would have received if I brought it to at&t! I even sent him with my sons phone after he fixed mine to have that one fixed! Very trustworthy on time and efficient service definitely will be going to him with all my other devices.

The landlord of this shop lied to me and terminated the lease so he can open it on his own. He’s the owner of Northside Deli- “the epicenter of COVID-19 in Binghamton” for allowing so many people hanging inside and outside the store with no masks on- he kept my inventory which’s being sold at the store now. He never install a neat or an A/C unit as he promised when I opened Phone Clinic back in February. And he won’t even allow me to get my personal items out of the shop. I will of course get them by law. He’s spreading lies about me to his customers when they ask why I closed. Well, I didn’t choose to close down. He kicked me out for no reason and frankly, he has done that to so many people. I will not let this go. I will take him to court. Whatever it’s on that wall is MY OWN INVENTORY.

I received a call from Ibro this morning. He said he was going thru a box of junk phones from the previous owner and came across an iphone that had a message on the screen saying it was a lost phone and to call my number. That phone was stolen from my son 2 years ago from a school locker room while he played a basketball game. He has pictures and memories on there that he had nowhere else. We were pumped that someone was honest enough to call about it. My only question is why didnt the previous owner call the second that phone came into the shop amd why was it opened up? Sounds like the previous owner was a shady dude. Anyway, Ibro had another phone that belonged to someone and he was reaching out to that peraon too. Please support this honest business. We need as many as we can get, eapecially in Binghamton.
