I totally recommend Net 2000 Computers, I have never had an issue with the multiple computers I have brought In. If it was not worth fixing they would let me know, if it was worth fixing, they were fair with what they charged to fix the computer. Good and honest folk that work there!

Went there yesterday to take our lap top computer and a desk top to be looked at .was there about three yrs ago had another computer fixed they are very good people and do great work.........

Terrible service. I brought a laptop for repair, and they said it would cost $200. I told him I didn’t want to do it right away. So he charged me $40 for “evaluation”. Fine. I paid him and specifically asked him if I could bring the laptop for repair later and if they would count the $40 then. He said no, the $40 would be included in the repair if I kept the receipt and returned within 30 days. Ok. I came back very shortly. But he refused to take the job. Just like that. He said the evaluation cost him $100 (yeah right), and he charged me 40, apparently out of the goodness of his heart. I reminded him of what he said. But he just declined. So obviously his word didn’t matter. I should have listened to all the negative reviews. I don’t know about the quality of the repairs, but you want people you can trust, above anything else.

The Net 2000 staff has always taken care of our computer problems. The service is sometimes a little quirky, but the pricing is always more than reasonable.

Horrible services rendered as a fairly brand new HP Computer purchased at Wal-Mart & then shortly after detected a virus without even using the new computer for the 1st 2 weeks ! Therefore, I took my new computer to this place near my new residence, and they completely screwed up my brand new computer & charged me $80.00+ & then the WORST customer service ever within a 1 1/2 week time frame ! What a COMPLETE RIP - OFF ! ! ! Yet, some scum bag computer technician is eating something nasty looking behind the good paying customers ! YUK ! DO NOT RECOMMEND IT ! ! !
