Yikes the drive thru takes so long but staff are pleasant.
If you like waiting on the phone to speak with someone or for your prescriptions then this is the place for you. There is no sense of urgency at this pharmacy. Because of the long wait at the pharmacy and on the phone. I had to call another cvs just to get the prescription transferred while I was still on the phone with this one. I wouldn’t go here for an aspirin.
Sitting in the drive through with two small children for over a half hour with two cars in front of you is absolutely insane. The slowest service ever. It doesn’t matter when, what day, what time .. it is always a ridiculous wait.
I called earlier my medicines and process I call now they can’t find my profile they didn’t answer the phone for 20 minutes let me on hold and your excuse was well we couldn’t find your profile so you don’t come back to tell me? Super rude like can’t even believe how rude this is the night staff by the way the day staff is much better the pharmacist during the days that is lovely
After having major surgery I changed my medications to the cvs store on upper front street and then received a call from my surgeon office stating that they had called in my medications and I called the pharmacy only to be left on hold for 20 minutes and then had my son drive me there to wait in line for yet another 10 minutes and to be served by a woman who was not pleasant at all to state well they have to get a prior authorization from the office and by this time the office is closed. My other pharmacy did not need to get it I guess from now on I’ll just stick with friendlier people and faster service
Overnight pharmacist refused to fill my prescription. He claimed the hospital told him to cancel it because the prescribing doctor didn’t exist. We called the hospital and verified that they never did that, and that the prescription was still open. The pharmacist then deleted my prescription from the system so no one else could fill the order. Not sure what this guy has against helping the sick, but he should probably find another line of work. We will definitely be filling our prescriptions with Wegman’s from now on.
The day staff is great the night staff not so great. They lost my entire account I have all my medications do and they’re in process yet I don’t have an account? Really frustrated I will change my review when they fix the issue I can’t believe how they didn’t even look for medications left me on hold for 20 minutes I called back and then the reason they left me on hold was out we couldn’t find your names you let me sit there listening to elevator music? Go after yourselves
Been unhappy with this pharmacy for awhile. Recently I have seen many other customers in line upset with the attitude and indifference of the pharmacy staff as well. And the staff just responds with snobby indifference, and then complains about the customers after they leave. Very unprofessional. Well today they were complaining about us bc after standing at the there drop off for a while while the tech was on the phone, are didnt even acknowledge us when she hung up, just went on to other things after glaring at us.At Wegmans now. They are better.
Put in to have my Rx filled to be picked up 4 hours later. Show up a half hour after the scheduled pick up time and it wasnt even put together and ready to go. Now sitting and waiting for it to be filled another 20 minutes. Pretty sure this is why I called ahead. To avoid this.
Went to print some photos at the do-it-yourself photo kiosk. I asked one of the employees for help and she told me that something couldnt be done (that I later figured out for myself could be done} and then she quickly dismissed me to attend to another customer. Note to employee: If you dont know what youre doing, either say so or get help from someone who does. Note to manager: Customers dont care much if your employees are pretty. They care more that theyre competent.
Long lines no help staff that does not care about customers. Always miss place meds. Never less than a 20 minutes wait.PLEASE PEOPLE GO TO PRICE CHOPPER 2 MINUTES DOWN THE ROAD GREAT SERVICE NO LINES NICE STAFF.
ER called in prescription around 2:00 in the afternoon and at 5:00 I was told it was going to be another hour. I live 20 minutes away, wasnt waiting and certainly was not driving back. Thank you CVS for allowing my husband to be in pain in all night! Maybe you need to hire more people or get people in there that can do there jobs efficiently!
Ive waited on the phone 27 minutes and then was placed on hold by a snotty worker.
The only reason I am putting a star is because I have to in order to leave a review. I have had the most difficult time getting my prescription refilled for my dog who is very sick. When I spoke to the pharmacy on the phone I kept getting cut off and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. I was evacuated from Florida due to Hurricane Micheal and I am not from here. I was simply looking for help as to how to make things flow as smooth as possible. They were extremely unkind. If you can avoid going to this specific CVS please do. The experience was very disheartening.
Horrible Service! They Profile people before giving them there medications! Very Racist,Rude, and Unprofessional. Went in there for my Meds, and because of the way I was dressed, the Pharmacist refused to accept my payment, refused to listen to my doctors office, and then put in there system to refuse my meds! Horrible Service, Unprofessional, and Racist! I will be talking to a Higher up about this! Definitely dont go here
Ive had very mixed experiences at this location. Definitely great for getting a few quick items and getting out. I absolutely hated the pharmacy though.
Horrible store drive thru experience is disgusting if you get there when there is more than one car expect to wait in line for 20-30 minutes today my wife and I pulled into the drive thru with one car in front of and it took 15 minutes for us to get seen because the car in front of us was filling out paperwork in the drive thru...like why are we having people fill out paperwork in the drive thru

Purchased an item that was $20. Later found out the same exact item was $12 at Wal-mart and they refused to price match or give me store credit back. Wont shop here again.
This place is seriously awful, nothing ever is ontime, their pharmacy sucks, their photolab sucks, their customer service SUCKS!!! Do yourself a favor, go to Walgreens

I will no longer continue my services here. The staff behind the pharmacy are very whiny about their jobs and being backed up. I was greeted with an attitude. This place has gone down hill in service and very over priced.
Son had surgery, hospital called in pain meds, was promised by 3:45, we arrived was told it would be 15 min, waited and waited, I asked if we could get at least 1 pill as his meds from the hospital was wearing off, when they checked it had been ready earlier, it was now after 5 oclock, we would have been home by now as it is a 30 min drive. Pitiful service, will never use this pharmacy again.
This stores pharmacy has been really failing in the customer service area lately. I, in person, droped off my mother my mothers cancer related perscriptions to be picked up the next day at 9:30 am. Here we are at 1pm the next day she is in terrible pain now due to running out of meds and they still dont have her meds ready for her. They have been saying they will be ready soon for the last 3 hours! Seeing my mother in pain that could have been easily avoided makes me angry. Cvs needs to take care of business and do better business if they want to KEEP my BUSINESS.
I dont have any negative comments about this particular branch. They have always treated me well and filled my, and my kids, prescriptions fast and accurately!
I havent had any issues with this pharmacy. I just pop in and considering how busy they are, it doesnt take them that long to get my rx ready.
