Staff has no idea what theyre doing

Stopped in today to drop off a prepaid package for delivery. The girl at the counter was super friendly and got me in and out of there in less than a minute. Really easy. The store is kind of hidden back in there though, but not hard to get to, especially if you know where it is.

Highly recommend this location. customer service from Michael is the best. The other UPS store in Vestal is very rude and not customer friendly unless you look wealthy.

The little man behind the counter has quite the attitude. I would change the way you talk to customer or your going to find the customer who will change it for you.

Very professional, warm, and friendly. Weve used their services for over 4 years now. They have always been very accommodating. Anything weve had delivered there was always handled in a professional and timely manner. We had some very large things delivered; large fuel tanks, etc., as well as our postal mail. They also do boxing, copying, etc. If you need these types of services, I suggest you use them; youll be pleased you did.

The guy who helped me was so rude! i was picking up an item from a guy i sold my truck to and he had it in his lock box. he gave me the code and i had a text message showing that he said i can come get it. the worker said he can’t let me in because the text could be from anyone! then i said we’ll how would i know his first and last name and his code number if it was just anyone??? i told him the two items exactly to the detail on what they would be. he still declined to let me get my items! he first said the guy can just call and let them know id be there so i said ok so i call the man and the worker all of a sudden changed his story and that the guy has to be there IN PERSON. why didn’t he just say that in the first place rather than me bothering the poor man???? the worker seemed to be amused by the whole situation because he kept giggling! this is why USPS and fed ex are king of mail.

Ive used them several times over the years to ship packages and returns, they have been professional and efficient and seem grateful for the business. Im grateful they are here.

The older gentleman there was extremely Rude. Some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in Binghamton. Giving 1 star is being generous. I tried shipping a package internationally and the employee told me Dont waste my time. Go here if you want to be disrespected. I recommend Vestal UPS or USPS downtown Binghamton.

It is good to see more shipping places coming up in the area as we need them. I hope the economy and it helps us get packages to our loved ones quicker than if we did not have these other services besides USPS It creates more of a democracy then when I believe when other places pop up.

The drivers are extremely lazy and Irresponsibility. They deliver every package in front of your doorway and never bother to knock or ring the doorbell. If you arrange a pick up they would just leave the label and you have to go to the drop box anyway. Theyre saving their time by making the customers personal asset in the risk. Wish theres a 0 star option.

I was thinking I was the only one who had an unpleasant encounter with the gentleman who owns this store. I thought I would give him the courtesy of telling him that Google maps had his store location way North of there it actually is. His reply: So what do you want me to do about that?

Made appt to get something notarized..they didnt let me know till 2 hours before that their notary had left like a week prior and they didnt have one yet..

They have the worst delivery system, driver is very unprofessional and irresponsible, never makes an attempt to ring the goddamn doorbell or leave a notice. Please select other carriers when choosing to deliver items to Binghamton. I wish I can select 0 stars but I cant.
