Went here to get an alignment here about a month ago and my personal experience was not that great. The owner/service manager was very rude and did not want to work on my vehicle because it had aftermarket wheels on it and it would not hold an alignment. This is the first time I have ever been told this and I know for a fact that it is not true. He bickers with me back and forth about not wanting to do the work, blah blah blah, he finally agrees. Flash forward to now, truck start pulling left and steering wheel is way off. I go to look under my truck and the passenger side tie rod lock nut is about an inch a half loose. This is not my fault nor the trucks fault, but whoever worked on my vehicle. Very unsatisfied with quality of work and quality of service from the employees. Will not be taking any vehicles back to them ever again.

Stopped to have my tires checked because my low pressure light came on...the guy verified the required pressure and did all 4 accounting for the heat! Awesome!

Was traveling to from memphis and our brake line went out. Jeff and his team helped us and didnt take advantage of us we as able to make it home safe with expert advice.

This is a tire store that a dad can trust to send his daughter to. I’ve sent my UAB student daughter there twice and they did above and beyond. First trip was to repair a flat and they did not charge her a penny. They gave me a full assessment and were total professionals.

The gentlemen at Elite tire are wonderful! I got a flat tire on my way to work, had my spare on and came to Elite tire for help. I didn’t buy my original tires here, and my tire was not able to be patched. These guys spent a good amount of time trying to figure out how to get me safely back to Huntsville without me having to spend extra money on tires. They worked it out and got me on the road! So kind, and so helpful! If you need tires 100 percent would recommend you get them here!

Fast and excellent service.

I decided to give Elite Tire and Service a try for a wheel balance and rotation as well as a braking issue. After the guys got my truck checked out they explained the brake issue. HE said that what I was feeling was nothing that needed any real service and I would be better off the just wait till my pads where more worn. I honestly was surprised that they didnt try to sell me new parts or unnecessary work. When it is time to get new brakes on my truck I will definitely be coming back.

I got my tire fixed and oil changed here a few weeks ago. They were quick and price appropriate! I definitely plan on going back for all of my tire needs! Very pleasant business.

They did a front end alignment and told me I needed new wheel hub assembly and new camber bolts and would charge me $790 to do the work. I went elsewhere and had the other work done. Tires were still leaning so I called Elite to see if they could adjust the alignment. They said I would have to pay for another one. So I feel they should have told me the other work had to be done first knowing I would need an alignment after. So mad.

You will not find better service and better prices anywhere. No one else touches my tires. I trust Jeff and recommend Elite to everyone. And everyone I have sent has been happy. Its so hard to find a good tire and brake shop. This is THE one.

Very disappointed with these folks. Completely missed what was going on with my car/tires. Ended up purchasing another set of brand new tires from them at their suggestion, after already having new tires installed. Spent and wasted additional money on tires, mounting, balancing, tire parts, etc., unnecessarily. Totally misdiagnosed the problem which was not the tires, it was the front axles. Started off being very friendly with me, then quickly turned once I complained about their services, charges, etc. Im a female who trusted these guys to help me, and i got completely taken advantage of. Will never go back to this place, nor recommend them to anyone I know.

They patched my flat and had me in and out in about 15 minutes. They didnt charge me anything and when I came back to bring them donuts as a thanks the employee (owner?) was very appreciative. Good local business, going to recommend them to my friends.
