PTL is a really outstanding repair shop. I have taken my car there for almost 10 years, and they have never let me down. They have never tried to upsell me on unnecessary repairs, and more than once they have talked me out of work I thought I needed. Their prices are extremely reasonable. Several times I have stopped by without an appointment and they have pulled a code or made a quick repair free of charge to help me out. Tim, the owner, always checks after an appointment to make sure I am happy with the work. You can tell many of their customers have been with them for years. Their business is built on integrity and trust--Im grateful theyre in Roebuck!

Excellent service. Very professional. ReasonableI had them run diagnostics on the car but I already knew the problem. They did not try to sell me on anything that wasnt wrong with the car. They confirmed what I already knew.I cant say the same for Edwards Chevrolet. Edwards mechanics did an112 inspection and missed wiper blades which makes me think do they really do the work that your cat needs or are they making up things. They told me I need new brakes that was two years ago and I just had the rear brakes replaced. Front brakes still good. I always check before I take it to a mechanic just to see what cost they will add.PTL is a great shop. Worth the money.

The best auto repair facility Ive ever worked with. They have worked on all of our cars, my moms car, my in-laws cars, and my uncles cars. We trust no one else with our vehicles. One thing that impresses me is that their mechanics stay with them for a long time, which means that they are treated with respect and dignity. Several of the guys have worked on our cars and they remember them-and they remember what they did to them in the past. Its hard to find that these days.

This place is either racist or doesnt want to work. I pulled up and said I have a nail in my tire and Im pretty sure of it. The young white Male proceeded to put air in my tire and said, there you go. I said no, I have a nail in my tire and he said, well, he told me to just put air in because I dont think we will be able to get to it today. It was 4:30. How rude to disregard my situation. I went next door and took my business elsewhere. This is not the fist time this has happened. Others Ive spoke to have also spoken to their racism same situation.

These folks are just great. I went here with a triggered tpms sensor thinking i needed a tire. I was told it was a plug leaking and charged nothing for it. Guy spent a solid 15-20 minutes trying to find the problem.Also quoted me a great price on a set of tires. No pressure to buy i asked for the quote.Ive worked at a local tire shop and i can say from experience these guys are probably a bit smarter than some others. thats why ive sent people here for years. The new location(new to me) is super clean manicured as well.
