I stopped in at closing time today for 2 tire plugs. They were literally closing their doors. They let me in (without hesitation) fixed me up and had me on my way in 15 MINUTES!!!! Awesome service!!I had just finished with and hour long appointment at pep boys across the street from them where they tried to sell me 2 tires instead of repairing them. $15 instead of $300! Skip pep boys and visit omega!!

I’m so disappointed with this company. I take all of my company vehicles and personal vehicles. I brought one of my company vans in to have a tire patched. Once I got home I realized there were two studs missing out of five. I call the manager, and took it back. They said the hub was stripped out. I priced the hub from Ram. The manger said speak with the owner.The manger explained to the owner as well as I. She was so defensive and nasty. She even hung up on me and told me not to call back. The owner said the hub was probably already stripped out.Mind you, when i brought it in. There were five studs when arrived. When I left I had three.I would never use or recommend them again.

Im not sure if the guy whos usually inside is the owner or manager but he is really helpful and honest. He did not try to overcharge me or sell me something that I didnt need. Thats very rare these days.

Excellent customer service. May be under new ownership come... But the atmosphere and quality was amazing. Came in with a bolt in my driver side tire. Was told by other places cannot be patched. 20 bucks later I had a basically brand new tire. Would definitely go back

I had a horrible experience here. Do not go to this tire shop. I paid $120 to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. When I got home I realized that they had left a center cap out of my rim so I called. I drove 40 minutes back to the location to get it and the owner apologize but offered nothing to compensate me for my time nor the gas it took me to turn around and come back. I reiterate do not go to this tire shop.

Called for price to mount and balance a new tire. Was quoted $30 when the average is 15. RIP off!

If you want to save money on tires DONT waste your money here. My tire went flat the day after I got new tires. Three months later Im having to replace them all because they are down to the metal. It may seem like you can get a good deal here but in the long run its more expensive.

Very helpful with fixing a large screw hole in tire. Patched it quickly while I waited and had me on my way. Very pleasant to deal with as well. Prior experiences getting tires replaced also went well.

I was in and out in 10 minutes for a new tire. They offered to repair when I showed him the screw that did me in. I elected for a new tire but I was pleasantly surprised by the complete lack of a pushy sales environment that you get from the chain stores. Cant recommend them enough.

This place is the worst. They do not even deserve 1 star. Do NOT take your car here. Youd be better off letting the special-Ed kids at your local elementary school work on your car. Im experienced with cars (in the auto salvage business and I also drag race) and can promise you these people are incompetent. I noticed my girlfriends car was missing a lug bolt when we first started dating. I found a replacement bolt but when I tried to screw it in there were no threads in the hub. I then checked the other bolts for that wheel and could not even break them free with a tire iron. The reason is that they use high-torque impact guns on for lug bolts/nuts because they are too lazy to properly do it by hand. I read another review in which somebody had the exact same problem, and they said the manager even admitted they use high-torque tools. When I finally broke the bolts free and got the wheel off, you could see where they had used thread locker on the bolts in order to keep any more from falling out. Using thread locker on lug bolts/nuts is a big no-no. That also means they knew they stripped the threads for that one bolt and tried to cover it by make sure no other bolts would come out, which could easily cause a fatal accident. When we asked them about it they denied any responsibility or wrongdoing. It is obvious what they did, and it cost $350 to get more threads helicoiled into the hub. Do not pay these people to mess up your car.

Me and my husband went to this place to get a truck alignment and the truck was not aligned and I had took my car to replace a tire and they charged me 45 dollars for a used tire that had holes in it and on top of that they didnt seal the tire all the way. They are a waste of time and money.

I had a nail in my rear passenger tire. As far as repair time goes and cost, it only took them about 5 minutes to fix my tire and cost me about $15. If this was the only thing to base my rating on they would have recieved 5 stars BUT their CUSTOMER SERVICE is not up to par! Im assuming the gentleman waiting on me was either the manager or owner. After handing him my keys I told him which car it was and his response was I know which car but what tire is it. When I gave him my money to pay in which I handed to him in his hand, he placed my change on the counter, and proceeded to walk out the door. I was walking out right behind him and instead of holding the door, he let the door go while I was in the doorway. I would rather pay a little more for good customer service than to deal with such poor attitudes. I will not be returning!

Beware if you go in with a low pressure light on. Theyll fill your tires up with air and send you on your way, and you might end up with a blow out 30 miles down the road, which is what happened to my son. They never bothered to check why his tire was low.

If I can give this place no star I would have. The manager was rude and unkind and told me a plug wasn’t that important that I would need to move my vehicle. If it was early and the staff was tired. The employees ignored me the whole 15 minutes I sat and waited to get a tire plugged. The price was 15 dollars when I live in Birmingham and can get it done for 5 bucks. This place is a rip off. Do not come here and I won’t ever return.

My girlfriend and I have been using these guys for brakes and tire services since we moved to Homewood about three years ago. Both of us have purchased new sets of tires here, and Ive only required one repair due to a nail. They honored their agreement by patching it up and rebalancing the tire free of charge. Ive always received great service and quality work; plus, their prices are fair. And by fair I mean that I am most happy with the prices, and believe I am performing a fair trade by providing them an appropriate sum of money for an appropriate service- its proportionate... such to the point that when I got on here to look them up with plans to call and investigate whether or not they could provide a quick oil change before I head out of town- and saw that the place only has one review, which happens to be a 1/5, complete with an ignorant complaint, I couldnt help but attempt to clear their name. They appear to be good people... family owned and operated.PS. ***THE FOLLOWING IS JUST A GRATUITOUS RANT THAT BEARS ZERO RELEVANCE TO THIS REVIEW... but I felt like venting***...the reason I decided to look to these guys for an oil change is because the last place in Homewood that I went for an oil change tried everything they could to get me to upgrade to premium blah, blah, blah by showing me all kinds of BS about my car (assuming I knew nothing)... and then it wasnt until almost a week later that I discovered that my transmission fluid cap was off- the guy was too busy wasting my time to correctly secure the cap after his spiel. Not going to say which place that was, but youd easily recognize them by their incessant insistence that you upgrade to get your fuel system cleaned, which probably just means that they would pour 5 bucks worth of injector cleaner into your gas tank, charge you 20 or 30 bucks for it (which theyll say is a half-off special for today only, or preferred customers), and send you on your way. Just a word to the wise- dont be fooled.

HORRIBLE I REPEAT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I paid for brakes and rotors. They sold me defective brakes and would not honor their warranty .The owner was very mean and rude and stated that she made the decisions and she could do what she wanted .A worker even told me that they had defective brakes and that mine brakes were bad. I also have problems trying to stop and I have a small child.
