I had a great experience and was pleased with everyone there.Best Eye doc in town and very honest about my needs.

Unfortunately, I dont really know whether or not I could give a positive review on being a patient....Called the first time over an hour ago to hopefully make an appointment as a new patient for a simple refraction for an eyeglass prescription.....was told by the person who answered after pressing 3 on my phone that they would call me back in less than five minutes (they took my name and number)....They also told me they had a 4:00pm appointment for Wednesday/May 26th (I called at 11:52am on Tuesday/today/May 25th)....told them that would be fine, and that I would also gladly take any afternoon appointment for today that might become available later in case of a cancellation by another patient....the person never agreed to that, but again responded that I would receive a return phone call in a few minutes or less....I agreed...Phone call ended.....Fast forward to over an hour later...I call them again because never received a return phone call...(No problem, it can happen.)....However, after explaining to the person answering that I never received a return phone call, the person answering the phone on this second attempt (sounded like same person, but she said she was not), started taking my name/number again,, along with other identifiable info only to tell me that the first afternoon appointment now was on June 2nd at 2:10pm....lol.Thus, after considering her demeanor, as well as the person with whom I talked who never returned my phone call, I just told her I would pass on the appointment and find another provider....Hey, at least I tried EyeCare Associates: Greystone....The best to all of you.

Great place for your eyes.Knowledgeable and caring staff. They want you to have the best eye care available.Very thorough examination with the latest technology.

Yes, very professional and polite. I really enjoy my time with Dr.Mike. Hes honest and talks like hes known you as a friend, not just a customer.I have always enjoyed my eye exams and getting the straight forward truth of what is recommended for the health of my eyesight.

It was a good and welcoming experience and also it was a good place to have your eyes examined during the appointment.

Dr. Mike is a 5 star optometrist. Very personable and knowledgeable in his field.

Called in trying to be a walk in on a Saturday after I read the google reviews saying that you accepted walk ins on Saturday. I was rudely informed that you do not accept walk ins. I was not offered to schedule an appointment. 2/7/20

Love the staff here. They are very funny and know how to have a good time, while maintaining professionalism comparable to any other big named eyecare office. Also, they have a great selection of different frames and the personalized care is an added touch. Been a customer since 2016 and they do not disappoint!

Thanks for doing a great job! Great smiles, customer service, and knowledge. The best Ophthalmology visit Ive had in 15 years. SERIOUSLY! I had almost given up hope. Thanks to Dr. Budraitis for a fresh, friendly visit. She appears to know her stuff and has promised that my new prescription will be better than the last crappo one I received from my previous Dr. I sure hope shes right. My faith in ophthalmologists is fading, but she gives me hope. We will see how it goes once the glasses come back. Thanks all

Everyone was very friendly. You could tell they were busy but still moved patients through at an adequate pace. Doctor spent lots of time discussing options and explained findings thoroughly with me. Good experience!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit from start to finish. The staff was EXCELLENT, and it was such a pleasure meeting and speaking with Dr. Smith.

They didnt fully explain what a retinal scan was and made me get it even though it was extra charge and not necessary. In addition, they didnt really explain the results to me. Also, I wasnt interested in getting glasses so they were hesitant to give me my eye prescription. From even my past experiences, it seems like they dont like giving patients their eye prescriptions even though they should give their patients the results of their comprehensive eye exam without being prompted for it. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Ive been to a few different eye doctors. Dr Mike, though, has been my favorite. He has a great personality and displays a passion for his craft. The entire experience has been... easy! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes you feel at ease.

Always friendly and get detailed care and lots of TLC. Never feel rushed! Grateful for this practice and highly recommend!

Folks are great..Doctor one of a kind took his daughter and 3 other teenage girls to Atlanta to a concert stayed in town until it was over to meet back up make sureThey made it home safely!..now really nowa days what Dad does that?..nuff said

I frequently get appointment reminders through email/phone call that arent actually associated with myself. I have corrected this more than 4 times and the problem persists. I fear that my personal information may have been shared with the person with whom it was accidentally associated.
