The Hoover Food Mart is a great location for authentic Thai cooking.The Coconut Chicken Soup is creamy and well seasoned and the mushrooms and baked chicken adds amazing texture to the dish. The Chicken Pad Thai is full of flavor and deliciousness.

The sign outside says Hoover Food Mart but the bill is paid to Blue Pacific? Interesting! Setting that aside, the food is excellent. Service is quick and friendly. As far as decor and atmosphere - well there really isnt any but dont let that hold you back. The place is usually packed during operating hours - a testiment to the quality of the cuisine. I highly recommend this restaurant for casual dining.

New definition of fried rice is white rice. No frying. Cant digest this much innovative cooking practices. I exit from your customer list. thanks!
