Just making my appointment was a pleasure! So accommodating, friendly, helpful! I was so grateful for them fitting me in at the last minute, for my daughter’s wedding reception. And then, when I got to the space, it was beautiful, welcoming and relaxing!I found all technicians and staff to be so knowledgeable and resourceful— I was with Jillian, who gave me lots of information and options for future appointments. She was super sweet and definitely knew the cutting edge of lashes, etc! I would absolutely recommend this venue, and plan to visit again. Looking forward to it!

I cannot express how pleased I am with the service here. I had an appointment with Mona over a week ago and she was literally the sweetest person I had the pleasure of dealing with. I truly appreciate good customer service and to top it off I’ve never had a volume set of lashes done this perfectly! I will definitely be returning to do my fills with her from now on. She was so gentle with application that I fell asleep a couple times throughout my session lol. I have received so many compliments about how beautiful and natural they look! Thank you again Mona for doing them exactly how I asked and being such a sweet genuine person, I can’t wait to return for my upcoming appointment!

Kacy is a perfectionist who knows what she is doing and how to give me what I want and still make my small eyes look bigger. She also did an excellent job on my eyebrows. I will definitely be back.

I had an appointment with Mona for lash perm and tint. It was my first time having this service done, and I have to say I LOVE the results. Not only was she gentle and professional, but she was super sweet as well. She was very knowledgeable on what she was doing. I definitely will be going back to Mona for another lash perm and tint.

I got my brows threaded and a full set of Hybrid extensions done today by Mona today and I could not be happier. Her amazing customer service and warm personality made the appointment so pleasant and relaxing. I will definitely be coming back!

Getting eyelash extensions from The Lash Lounge, was a great experience from start to finish! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Amanda, who was incredibly kind and bubbly, and made me feel instantly welcomed. I had Abby do my lashes, and all I can say is AMAZING! This was my first time getting eyelash extensions, and Abby was not only incredibly patient, but also very knowledgeable, and together we found the combination that worked best for me and my needs. She did a wonderful job, and to say that I am happy with my lashes, somehow feels like an understatement! I think it’s safe to say that The Lash Lounge in Birmingham has gained a permanent client - I will never go anywhere else.
