After reading a review of Triton Stone group in Birmingham I was compelled to write this review. Mainly to address someones comment that it was an expensive place to buy tile and natural Stone. Although some of the stone and tile at Triton might appear to be expensive. One must keep in mind that Triton carries the very best natural Stone available. In fact some of their products are exclusive only to Triton. And furthermore, those lines are pricey at any supply store that carries them. Also, you get what you pay for. Triton might not be perfect for every tile or natural Stone customer. But for those seeking the most unique, most beautiful, and the best Stone from around the world. Triton cannot be beat. It is of note that Triton dies have tile at great prices. For instance they carry subway tile for less than the big box stores. But most importantly, they also have knowledge and can guide you through the purchase so you dont end up with an installation you hate.

I went in to purchase tile for backsplash and granite countertops. Made an appt with a so called “design consultant. “ I told her what I was looking for hoping to get some expert help to put it all together since she was the “expert”. What a disappointment, she seemed as lost as I was when it came to matching up materials. I ended up just buying the backsplash tiles from them. When I got them home they did not even match my granite, I called the so called design consultant back and asked if I could return the item and order something else. She said she would check with her supervisor and call me back. I’m still waiting on that call back. Once they get your money, hope you have what you need and are happy with it because the customer service is nonexistent after you pay. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

So far it has been my favorite part of the entire process of building a new home. Lori Is AMAZING and a joy to work with.

Yesterday my husband and I walked into Triton to get a few questions answered and without an appointment was pleasantly greeted by a salesmen named Chris. He helped us figure out how to complete a job with marble tile and gave us helpful information on finishing. In the past we have bought granite from Triton and find they have a wide selection of stone in the warehouse. They also carry sinks, faucets and other flooring. We were just so impressed that as a walk in we were given the respect and attention by the sales rep and he was willing to answer our questions. The receptionist was also helpful and she facilitated our meeting with Chris. Try this company if you are shopping for granite and supplies for your home.

They have some beautiful stones I used to deliver there once or twice a week....
