Oh my God the grill selection is amazing. If you need a grill go to this store and talk to anyone there, but especially Ken. They will hook you up. Dont dismiss this little store and all the character that goes along with it.

Great selection of products that are hard to find in Bham. Yall really saved the day by having HVAC capacitors in stock, unfortunately only one was in stock when I needed multiple.

This comment is no direct reflection on the Dunnavant store, but rather ACE as a company. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The most misleading and unsettling experience I have had ordering online... After searching countless stores for several hours for an appropriate cart for a lawn job, I thought I found the right item with an immediate availability. Yet, after placing the order, complete with payment, I called the next morning (today) to get a time for pick up only to discover the item isn’t in the store. Little did I know that the website information was inaccurate, as the item I ordered, an AMES LAWN BUDDY POLY CART, which was said to be in a specified store ready for pickup, would actually take 3 DAYS to arrive.This is only the tip of the iceberg of the actual number of times I had to call the store before the call was picked up but disconnected once, and then even the corporate office failed to give an acceptable resolve. This was an utter waste of my morning time which I spent trying to get closure on this one-item order.Now, although ACE has been paid for my intended order, it may take ME up to 30 DAYS for a refund! ACE IS NOT IN THE 21st CENTURY. I suppose they are only acceptable to folk who live in small towns. But for me, this gets ZERO for customer service and online order reliability.

Very complete hardware store, always attentive to my needs.

I dont like driving to front of store, park in propane spot then they come out and check date on tank then I go back in to pay. Get back in car with tank, drive to rear and get refill. Guy cant load tank for me, tried to hand off tank for me to load. I have back tbl and ask him to set it on the ground. I got it loaded, just to many steps.

Well stocked with most items you would expect in a hardware store. Nice selection of plants.

The general manager was the rudest person I’ve ever met and does not respect his customers what so ever. Would try to avoid this ACE hardware completely.

All of the inventory was great, but their was one employee with dark short hair and glasses that seemed like he had the worst attitude and just wasn’t helpful, all of the other employees were great. Would recommend this if this employee wasn’t so awful

Very helpful, friendly staff that recognizes you and offers assistance as soon as I step thru the door. Very convenient, close to home and I can find what I need within seconds without having to walk a mile thru acres of aisles like in a big box stores. Prices are competitive and while the selection may not be as large, they generally I have what I need.
