After normal business hours when the gate is closed for a pickup is no fun. I imagine a dropoff is just as difficult. There were 3 phone numbers listed. Not one was answered. There are also two security call buttons—yeap, you guessed it. Neither of those work. I left to see if there was another gate or side of the building—no, just the one entrance. Thankfully when I came back around there was not only a car leaving, so the gate was open—but also an employee saw me and waved me in. After that it was pretty quick to get loaded and the bills.

They didnt pay me the correct hourly wages for 8 months never got my 90 day raise nor my pay upgrade when I moved to a higher paying position. They fired me when I did say something. Lolan Pittman. The real problem at the company couldnt even respond to my message when I asked why I wasnt being paid enough to even show up! The bottom pay rate was 17.71 they only paid me 17.46. I wouldnt recommend working there or buying any parts made from them out of that alabama plant location. You tell supervisor of a problem and they want to act like you are ruining their life by asking them to do their job. Its pathetic. Upper management is definitely the issue . Just look at their high turnover rate

Have to beg to be let in after hours, beg to find a shipping clerk, then they forget your even there waiting forever to get loaded.

I did my aplication for welder they call me but offer me a other position and if I dont like it or if I cant make it they put me somewhere else. I decided to try but it was hard for me, I told my supervisor about that but he dont care, and I decided to take my welding test, and I passed very good and still dont let me go, I went whit HR but they dont care to, a couple weeks later they fired me. They told me they dont have more jobs and I wasnt good enough for the job, and if someone drive in front of the company tomorrow ( 9/26/18) yall still going to see two signs where they need welders.They never let me weld, when all ready past my wralding test.So just let the people now about this situation, the jobs are good if you get the right one, but they never let my show my skills like a welder.
