Staff is very nice and they try to be as helpful as they know how, but the products in this store are severely limited.
Its not like it used to be before cuz before they used to give you samples of variety of colognes now they always say that they dont have any or maybe they just being prejudice every time I go there I buy my sauvage from Dior just saying
I was apprehensive of coming to this store because of the negative reviews at first. I decided to stop by. If the staff was rude I would just shop elsewhere... The girls were actually really sweet and helpful! I was relieved at this. Sabrina was the best!!! She helped me find the perfect foundation to match my skin tone. She was nice and cool to talk too. Because of the friendliness and helpfulness from her and the cashier I now have a new fave beauty supply store to shop at :)
Whenever I go there the employees are very kind and respectful. Sometimes I feel like they question a little to much. Otherwise great service.
Racist store.. one worker was right beside me the whole time and accused my 6 year old of stealing the lipstick I let her pick out. I rarely get to the store and being there just reminded how uncomfortable they make a minority feel in there.
Since the beginning of 2019 I’ve had horrible experiences in this Sephora. It wasn’t always like this but I think it’s because some of the awesome beauty advisors aren’t there anymore. If you are a woman of color they don’t know how to match you to save their lives. If you walk in there no one will greet you. They’ll make eye contact but that’s about it.The beauty advisors seem extremely irritated. Doesn’t matter what day of the week it is.I’ve saved up three times to come in Sephora and spend $200-$400 and i walk out empty handed each time simply because I received no help.I’ve called the managers of the store and nothing hasn’t changed. The diversity training that recently happened has changed a THING!I will just purchase everything online and have a massive return for the simple things/products that could’ve been explained to me in store.Don’t waste your time
Worst makeup experience ever, I am a huge fan of makeup and finding the perfect products for my skin type, I went to find a new foundation and primer to help better control my oily skin, an older lady who I believe was named Kelly helped me and she proceeded to cake on cleanser then tons of moisturizer and then on top of that insane amounts of primer, and then made the most uneven cakey foundation job ever, she missed parts of my face and didnt blend it into my kneck at all, and the entire time she made dismissive comments when Id say anything about crutial details of my skin type and color and what works well to complement it, and at the end of it all she kept saying how she did so well and how nice it looked! I felt embarrassed going out into public after wards, honestly surprised she is even able to work there
I went in for two things and they were both out of stock. Not a single employee asked if I needed help. The store looked like it needed some cleaning.
Everytime I go here the employees are extremely rude and snotty. Today I stopped by to get my birthday reward and after I was done paying I asked the girl working if I could check my points and she sighed obnoxiously and actually rolled her eyes at me. She put out her hand and said I need your card again so I gave it to her and ended up using some of my points. She overall acted extremely irritated and rude to me and as I left I didnt get a have a nice day or anything she just continued talking to her coworker. And this isnt the first time Ive felt like I was annoying one of the workers it happens every single time I go in there.
If you dont wear makeup this isnt a place to be. Spendy
Like another review left on here, I too had a bad experience with a employee who was snotty and didnt want anything to do with me. I gave it two stars because I like the products. But Id rather shop online or shop Ulta.
