We are so glad this store came to Bismarck. It is one of our favorites. It is always clean and the staff are super helpful. We usually buy bar soap, salad dressing, free range eggs, banana chips, low-sodium chips and soups, and occasional produce. We like their occasional promotions and their seasonal decorations too.

My favorite grocery store. Always friendly and helpful staff. Moreover, almost everything I consume but formerly only could find online is now locally available and usually at a better price than through the brands online store.

Exceptionally clean. Pretty good selection. I dont like the packaged iceberg lettuce which has been very wet and brown in the center. Mushrooms sold in plastic containers are packed damp and begin spoiling quickly. Great selection of supplements. Love that everything is organic. Wish their selection of meat and cheese was greater. It has become our first shopping choice.

Natural grocers offer a good selection of all things organic, including personal care items & supplements. I really am thankful theres a store like this in town....The only complaint I have is produce... if Im going to pay top dollar, which Im willing to pay, the produce must be Fresh! Several produce items that I needed were less than desirable or out of stock

Kelly pointed me in the direction of a supplement and some cbd for my dog. He is elderly and wasn’t feeling to well. After three days of the supplements he is doing much better and is back to his normal self. I’m so grateful for the knowledge and compassion shared with me. 12/10 recommend.

Great place for produce, free range eggs, and healthy alternatives, if that is what your looking for. They have a good selection of health related books, bath and beauty products, and someone is usually there to help with finding supplements.

Natural Grocers and Terrys health are by far the best stores intown for natural and healthy products compared to the Food Co-op. Natural grocers i have had great experience with employees who have been really nice, and help me with what i am looking for. To Natural grocers and Terrys Health, i hope in a year or two, you can help put the nail in the coffin for the food co-op, and i know you guys have former employees from both stores who have been turned off by the food co-op.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Pricing is very comparable and competitive with other stores. There is a huge selection and variety of options for those with different dietary needs. I’m extremely excited to have NG as my first and main choice for my shopping!

Its good for Bismarck. This store has the largest selection of natural and organic foods and body care products in town, and I really appreciate it! But its a whole lot of prepackaged foods that have a lot of ingredients that might conflict with various diets. They should have a much better frozen vegetable section, and their meat doesnt stay in stock. The produce is not local, so it has the same problem as every other grocery store in town: its not that fresh. There are only a few things Ill actually regularly buy here since my diet must be so strict. I prefer the Co-ops local organic produce selection, and Terrys has more food and supplement options suited to my diet. Their body care section is so smelly that it gives me a headache. Its way easier for me to shop at Terrys for these items too.

Place is much better stocked than the Fargo store although its chocolate selection isnt as extensive. They had some bugs opening day with pricing but the service was excellent.

Absolutely LOVE that the workers do not wear highly fragrances products so my groceries dont come home smelling like fabric softener!! Now, If the general public would get a clue that synthetic fragrances are toxic, Id be in seventh heaven!!
