First time here passing through, the coffee is good assuming that it is mine. Only reason for a four-star is not a single time did they confirm that it was my coffee or not a single time that they repeat my order back to me which is very important. My previous experiences with coffee shops and oat milk ended up my son being hospitalized due to these things. Please ensure that you are repeating the order back to the customer to prevent any sort of problems with allergies especially making sure its theirs.

This was my only go to coffee place for the last year. Literally everyday. I dont know whats going on with the Pocatello location, but the service has gone way down. Lines are super long, they only open one lane and the people are exceptionally rude. They definitely need some customer service training. Make it better and Ill come back. Until then, youve lost my business.

Today I went into Java at the Blackfoot location. The girls were short staffed, one girl wasn’t even supposed to be working and came in to help stock the milk and etc. The rest of the girls were working on getting the drinks out as best they could. they were kind, hard-working, and you couldn’t ask for better girls to run the shop. It was obvious that they were working as hard as they could.

Good coffee. I think it was boxed chai but they add cinnamon and nutmeg. And smoothies, which my kids say are good.

Everyone is super friendly and their redbulls are delicious!!!

Good coffee, great service, nice staff. My only complaint is the repeated request for tips, which is unfortunate. I regularly tip, particularly when I receive good service. However, directly soliciting tips as part of the routine ordering process turns my compliment into your requirement. Thats not how tips work. Please put out a jar, or require signed credit card receipts.

Just got some delicious coffees from this place. The team members here are always so nice and accommodating and they put sprinkles on my daughters strawberry creamy and made it look beautiful for her. We love this company keep up the good work we will always come back!!

Pretty good coffee but not impressed with how every time i go I’m asked if i want to leave a tip. That is my choice and i don’t think it’s appropriate to ask. If i feel like it was good enough service for a tip then i will leave one. I don’t want to feel obligated.

Such a hit and miss experience evertime. Appreciate the hustle. Just never know if coffee is going to be luke warm or scolding hot.

Love the coffee. Would have given 5 start but someone told the Java in Blackfoot that 1 lane with a person taking orders outside was faster then two lanes and two people taking orders. So now, every rush you have a line that stretches clear across the parking lot blocking local businesses and school traffic for the elementary kids. Kinda looks bad. And I’ve never seen so many people pull out of line while waiting to even order. Including myself.

Wish I knew her name, young lady suggested white chocolate caramel iced coffee & it was amazing. I was having a bad day, had to take my car to OReillys to run a diagnostic bc the check engine light came on & this drive thru coffee shop was right there in the parkinglot. I asked this girl what she recommended she really helped tysm whoever you are❤

I love the coffee here and the service... I go twice a day and the rewards card is definitely a life saver it doesnt cost anything to get and you can earn points towards free stuff without an account or email registration like other coffee shops. You can also load cash to it. I usually get the white chocolate caramello. Its good hot, iced, or blended (I prefer iced). Sometimes when Im not feeling all the sugar Ill get an americano. The only down side is they started making you ask for a sleeve or a stopper at the end of last year. But you can get them dont forget to ask! They also have great bagels. For only buck its a steal. Love it love it love it!

Good drink stop. They have a pretty crazy variety of drink concoctions, from coffee type stuff, to fruit smoothies, Italian sodas, chocolate milk, etc. Tons of options for everyone, lots of great and interesting flavors, theyre all well made and the service has been friendly. Prices dont seem unreasonable, but I admittedly dont buy a lot of drink stuff like that. Overall, recommended. We go here fairly often when were in town.

While I love the menu and have always had excellent drinks, the wait times leave something to be desired. 30 minutes is a long time to wait for 2 italian sodas and a smoothie, especially with 2 staff members present.

Not a single mask. Cant be trusted to do the bare min during a pandemic? Why would you be trusted to wash your hands or follow any other minimal health standards.

You go to Java Express too get your coffee drink and a experience!! Some how Cory Sanders has my stuff ready before I walk in, its hot and ready to go!! My most recent experiences have been pretty sub par. I used to love the drinks but the past couple of times Ive gotten drinks from this location they havent been as good with my last visit being the worst. I asked for a hot cocoa with cinnamon syrup and it tasted like there was no chocolate syrup in it at all.And when I asked to replace a reward card that Id had stolen I was told I would have to pay $25 to buy a gift card. Ive never seen a business require a $25 gift card purchase for a rewards card.

We went inside there was three young ladies working one was managing the window one the front not sure what the other one was really doing besides standing around and talking took a few minutes to even get service and then more when we ordered our drinks then the girl forgot if she had charged us or not I of course told her no and that she needed to charge us for our drinks and that took even longer to get my card and the receipt back service was slow especially there since there was three employees and they were not very busy at all.

Love the morning bagels and coffee. I always get a toasted plain bagel with plain cream cheese. It always has enough cream cheese and is warm. I get a large hazelnut latte which Im a snob about and it is delicious (though the coffee and bagel come to $7.45 which seems a little high, but the service is always friendly and about as quick as you can expect for a coffee place. Located conveniently.Also has the most killer Green smoothies. Love them.

Love this place! It doesnt get more convenient than drive thru coffee for a busy morning. The girls ALWAYS know what I want and sometimes even have it ready before I pull up to the window. Price is pretty standard, coffee is always good and they are always so pleasant. I need to ask if they accept tips because they deserve them.
