They used to be really good. Quick in and out. Since the new owner took over things pretty much suck. Alway a line to get checked out. Went to get coffee this morning counted 8 people waiting in line.

I buy a lot of propane from CHS as they have the best prices and customer service around. They give us a bulk rate not offered by other vendors in the area, and that translates into significant savings for us as we buy hundreds of gallons each month in the winter for our construction activities. Terry is always happy to accommodate filling on a moments notice, and doesnt even complain when its 10 degrees out and windy. It doesnt hurt either that I can buy a hot and delicious burrito inside while hes out there freezing his tail off filling my propane. Thanks Terry and thanks CHS!

Peder Arntsen delivered and set up a propane tank and got the stove going for us. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The job was done quickly but when the stove didnt want to light, he took the time to insure everything was correct and safe and got it lit. He is a great representative for the CHS company. I had an unfortunate situation where a driver drove on our lawn leaving some deep ruts. Customer service has been terrible since, they make promises to come out and fix the damage but here we are, nearly 3 months later and they have yet to repair the damage they did. An email to the CEO went unresponded. I expected more from an organization in this area.
