You get so much more here than buying a big box store, for the same price. We bought a riding lawn mower, cart and a chainsaw. We got free delivery, free can of oil mix, all the warranty paperwork filled out for us and they honor the warranty work at the shop for 3 years. Chris was so very helpful, knowledgeable, honest and just cheerful. She made our buying experience easy. We wanted to buy local and American Made-she didn’t sell us what we didn’t need. After shopping around it was Chris we kept thinking of, as far as a deal, kind, hometown charm and the in house guarantee. You won’t find that at Lowe’s or Home Depot. We will be taking all of our business to them for years to come! You can’t go wrong at Mow & More!

LG and his staff are professional and courteous. They enlarged their showroom to present a larger inventory then anyone in town. Their repairs are great quality and done in a timely fashion. I wont go anywhere else, because these folks are the best!

So..these guys have serviced my snow blowers..lawn tractor and chain saw over the years...wen w in today thinking Id better finally get a new chain for my saw..so I could get it back by the weekend!!... He said..got a minute!?.. yup!!.. waited 5 minutes!!.. new chain..ready and installed...!!!!.This old saw is almost 40 years old!!.. these guys are the best!!..

Got a fan put in my fireplace, told him it was loud, he said turn it down, well i turn it almost off and its so loud, like a jet in my house and it rattles like chains, have called numerous times and they will not return my calls, all i want is my money back, so i can have a honest repairman fix it for me. DO NOT CALL THEM FOR REPAIR!!! Still waiting for a refund, they lied to the BBB said they had tried to call me numerous times, they never returned 1 call after I made many and left messages for them to please fix or give me my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Bought a new Toro snow blower from this merchant. Have been a customer for years and basically have no complaints till now. They were supposed to show me how to use this new machine when they delivered it, but they just dropped it off and left. Didnt even know it had been delivered until I walked outside and saw it setting in the driveway. Very disappointed...

Didnt fix my part, charged $20, had to bring it back.Took it back to get fixed what I thought I had already paid for, and he charged me another $10, would give them less than 1 star but cant.
