I went to the parts store to buy some parts for my kitchen faucet. The people there, are very knowledgeable and helpful and told me the exact parts to get. They had the parts in their Roanoke/Salem store and were shipping it for free on Monday. I went to the store on Saturday. People in Lowes and Home Depot are wonderful too but they didnt know what to recommend.

They are awesome ladies to work with and very informative on the products sold there.
