Always amazing service when I go here. I love that they keep track of all of my paint purchases and the rooms theyre used in. This makes it really easy to pick up some touch up paint that will match a room that was painted years ago. Great color match experts as well.

These guys are great. Theyll treat you real good. They match paint very well and have most everything youll need to get the job done. Some prices may be a tad higher on a few things but I dont care due to the trust we have together. Chris is a great guy whos helped me out many times when I ran into certain issues. The rest of the crew are very nice and super friendly. They give me a soda every time I swing by. Give them a try cuz they sure beat the rest Ive dealt with!

The staff here is wonderful and they love making happy customers. If they have an already opened can in the paint color you want a sample of, they are happy to let you borrow it to paint swatches on your wall for free. You wont find that kind of service at the big box stores.With the experience and knowledge about all the products they sell they will help you get the results you desire in your home project. They also are a great source for recommendations of local companies/individuals that will help get your project done if you find yourself up a creek without a paddle.

Was told when I first went there that they could match any color. I bought factory white concrete and floor. Went back this am and asked for wall paint to match. Salesman said, any white 01 should come close. What happened to exact match? Needless to say, I left without purchasing anything, and I had a list.

If you need paint or any help with a painting project, this is THE place to go. They are knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. We are remodeling a large part of our home and Im so thankful for their help and advice as well as the best products for the job.

Dont waste your time buying paint from a big box store. You wont get the same level of care or quality of products that Valley Paint has to offer. They make choosing paint and a color painless! I wont go anywhere else.

These guys are simply the most helpful people Ive met in all the places Ive worked as a a painter.Just for me:--they lent me some equipment--they let me leave the store with 3 different gallons of paint, so that I could find the one I needed and return the 2 others the next day and pay for the one I used--they returned to the store after closing on a Saturday, and opened the store on a Sunday, while I was in a crunch to get a job done.Bar none, the best people Ive ever had the chance to deal with

I had a great experience with this paint shop. I needed to do some patch repair of a hole on the wall of my apartment and went to the shop for some advice. They not only matched the paint from my damaged wall, but also gave me a great discount because of I am a student and have no income. How nice they are! I only spent $30 on all I need (paint, repair tools, dry patch) and fixed the damage on the wall flawlessly. I highly recommend this shop to everyone who needs custom paint and do home repair DIY work in Blacksburg area.

I cannot describe how helpful the staff at Valley Paint has been during my whole-house painting project. They helped me pick out colors, choose products and gave overall amazing advice and simple good customer service. I also found the quality of the Benjamin Moore paint to be outstanding. Even the Ben paints, the bargain line from the brand is FAR superior to the most expensive and exclusive paint brands bought at hardware and big-box stores. I found that they have very useful products that are not found at any other area store such as Stix brand primer, Zinsser Gardz drywall sealer and Zinsser DIF wallpaper remover in the concentrate form. This place has been an invaluable resource and I would never even consider going elsewhere to purchase paint or painting supplies.
