This is a bait & switch vendor. They advertise extremely low prices to entice you to buy from them. Once you make a purchase they call you and let you know that they have run out of the items at that price but can sell you at full price without any problems. Having lost so much time on research and waiting a few days before they call you, they count on you to agree to the full price. Not to mention that if you are an english speaking customer, you will have hard time understanding what they are saying as it is hard to understand the heavy accent.

Barry Victor goes above and beyond to help his customers. I would recommend Pros Parts to anyone and everyone!

Helpful salesman and great service! They had the part that I needed for the lowest price I could find and it was in stock, I received it within the week.

I ordered a motor overnight. Pros shipped the wrong motor. They credited me back for the motor but none of the $320.00 freight. Then it cost me an additional $64.00 to ship back. It cost me $384.00 to get the wrong motor.
