Good work but the request made through customer service was ignored by the installation team. I was told if the requested additional component with the stereo installation couldnt be included, I would get a call or email. I received neither yet when I arrived for the appointment, I was told, thats not going to happen. Now my free stereo install needed a second appointment to add the backup camera that goes with the stereo, which I am sure they are going to want to charge me to do.🤨

Bought samsung tablet 10.4 from best buy paid $20.00 more than Amazon. This is what $20.00 got me. AT NO CHARGE, the geek squad transferred all the data from my old table. Help set up all accounts. Double checked all info. It took them just over 45 minutes, LOTS OF LUCK TO THE AVG GUY DOING THIS THANK YOU BEST BUY

Fantastic crew was in Sunday night. I had a meeting with the Geek squad. Micheal Mulachy was super helpful and didn’t rush me when they were after closing time. He answered all my questions and his co workers were just as patient. The young man that walked me out even made sure my ride was waiting to confirm my safety. Customer service at its best! Everyones on phone. Things are in the wrong place. TV I bought is missing remote. Person in floor had me try another remote. Said if it doesnt work return it. This time and travel was a lot for broken tv. Support was a joke. Most just disconnect to avoid work. Talked to insignia and they said tv is defected. Returned it and guy was shaking his head saying they should have tested it. Went to microcenter and got a real good deal. TV works.
Walked in to asked about a stereo for my truck. There was 3 employees at every station, but none in stereo. One kid was nice enuff to say ill get somebody over here. Half an hour later nothing. It was 1 pm there were 2 times more employees than customers. And im 66 EVERYBODY could see me standing looking lost lol. Walked out. Im sure the other stations were helped just fine im not judging anybody character, but it was frustrating to say the least.
Was a fun experience. Definitely dont recommend bringing young kids. It makes it super hard to think or hear during the event but otherwise it was fun

Its a smaller Best Buy that is in a mall, it has a decent selection of things. Some of the staff were rather rude, but theyre mostly young people and teenagers. No one offered to help me out, and the cashier acted like she was bothered by the questions I was asking when looking for a USB cord.
Fast verry knowledgeable only giving 4 stars due to the fact that they had a very small selection of external hard drives. As of writing this maybe half were sold out.

Love Best Buy. Great deals.Today it was hard to find anyone to help. Had to walk all around the store to locate an associate.A week later I was trying to find a place to recycle my microwave. I called them and was told I could bring it to that store. I got there and then was told microwaves were not accepted.
This best but is in the smaller side, it often doesnt carry products Im looking for, but the staff is always helpful ordering what I need for shipping or pickup at another store. Great Customer Service!

The staff is very helpful. I noticed that the floor was not filled with merchandise. I had a problem getting what I was looking for but they were happy to order my item. I couldnt wait so I left without getting what I wanted. I would say at this location call to see if they have the item in stocks to save yourself a trip .

Get it together best buy. I ordered a TV stand about 4 weeks ago. Still not here. I have made 5 phone calls and two chats and still not resolved. The customer service phone tree is a joke. I am on hold for 5 minutes just to get ahold of someone and then get transferred several times. I called once and literally just got disconnected. I am now spending my Sunday morning on hold with service. Get your customer service act together Best Buy!

I had to pick up a TV antenna so I can get local stations and not have to pay for basic cable which was robbing me of $35 a month. I thought that buying a more expensive antenna was the way to go, but after I talked to the person in that department he recommended one that was half the price that I was looking for. It works absolutely wonderfully. The employee was very friendly and knowledgeable and I will definitely shop this location more often.

The Geek Squad and the staff was EXTREMELY helpful. Even though it took 30 days of them having my laptop, all to find out that they took 1 look and decided it was un-salvageable, they told me I would just get a brand new computer and they put the entire balance o r the old laptop on a bestbuy gift card. Came to browse at cell phone accessories. Automatically was greeted for help. Nice. Purchased a Popsocket Popwallet+ for my phone and my husband purchased an Otterbox phone case. Cashier was helpful, friendly, and patient. He price matched the phone case. Saved about $6 dollars. Not bad. He did good for being new and it being his fourth day at work.

The worst customer service I’ve ever received. I scheduled an auto tech appointment in October for early January since that was the earliest they had open which is totally fine, not a problem. I received a call two days prior to my appointment to tell me that my appointment had to be rescheduled without giving me a reason. I went online to reschedule my appointment and was shown that the earliest they had available was in March. I’ve been on hold for close to an hour in total and even had someone pick up the line and immediately hang up the phone. I then went online to try and talk to an agent online and was given a message telling me that their online services were offline. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

I needed an A B switch for my DVD and VCR with RCA connections. Something so common and simple. They not carry it.
It was a challenge to get assistance but once I did they were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they didnt have the parts I was looking for. I ended up getting them on Amazon.
