I love this Michaels. The staff is always super friendly even when dealing with terrible customers. Im honestly always impressed with how they can keep so calm. They always have what Im looking for and I always spend too much.

Unfortunately, I couldnt find one staff to help me on the floor with my needs. Ended up leaving after about 20 min of searching. I did approach the cashiers station, but all were busy.

The atmosphere was great the was clean but some of the food was dry I like wantons they were very hard dried out the cream cheese in side was hard also.

Not much to say really. I went inside no hello or may I/we help you from any employee. I walked around, couldnt find what I was looking for, so I left.

No one came to ask if I needed help so I ended up leaving without buying a few goldfish and a container..will go elsewhere

Out of a lot of this as if they are going out of business, tags missing from the empty spots. Had 1/3 of what I needed, probably wont be back. Staff was nice though and what was there was organized well.

Amazing store as art is one of my favorite hobbies. And its very affordable with the things you can get cheap. I got a pack of about 30 high quality brushes for somewhere around 3$! Incredible right? And I got high quality acrylics for about 5-8$ in total 5 one sided thin canvases for like 4$. And a wooden castle (it was really fun to paint) for about 8$. I would give 7 stars. Overall incredible.

Was looking for picture frames, found them pretty handily. There was a good amount of them to choose from, all sorts of sizes and everything. They were a bit expensive, so I kept my choices to a buy one get one sale they had going on and it worked out alright in my mind. The lady working the register was super nice! Easily handled the transaction and was very helpful bagging up my large frames.

Michaels is hit or miss. Check your prices as you check out or match them after you check out. I have had multiple over charges for clearance items. Staff need training in customer service and primarily communication and store products.

I love the place. They have a wide variety of different crafts & I usually find what I need. Their prices are very reasonable. One sad thing, my location is closing & now I have to drive a little further to a different location. The help was very friendly & knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this awesome craft place to others.

They are great for some seasonal items, but more and more, when I see crafts on pinterest, I go to Michaels and they dont have any of what I need. Paper mache cones, for example. Or fun fur for making gnomes. Even the sales person said I was the third person that day to ask for these items that they didnt have. Maybe they should concentrate more on craft supplies, and not all the ready mage home decor

Not very good customer service, almost borderline rude to a woman looking for a wreath. Not enough staff to run the registers, and one who was there went on break when there we 5 customers in line.

When I needed help finding something specific, an employee walked me right to it, rather than just pointing in a direction. He also gave me some ideas of how to do my project for a lower cost. Great customer service throughout my whole time in the store. Download their app before you check out to take advantage of great coupons.

Store is well stocked, clean and organized. Staff are helpful and friendly. Great variety of crafting materials. Many of their prices have increased lately and seem over inflated. I wont pay their retail but their sales are still good and theres always a coupon available on their app.

Love this store. The selection is great and the employees are friendly and very helpful. They have gone out of their way to go me on several occasions which is very kind and generous of them. Michaels has got to be the best craft store ever. It has a craft or hobby for everyone. My advice is join their rewards club. They will email you coupons that will save you tons of money. Great for buying/making gifts as well.

Great stop for cheap craft items. When shopping for presents for my nieces in the 8-13 yes range, I can always find something here for them. Such a large variety of stuff it can be hard to find what you are looking for and it isnt always the easiest to find someone to help.

I love the smell of Michaels, and can usually find exactly what Im looking for when I visit. They dont have as wide of a variety of decorations as some larger stores, but there is still a good assortment of things to pick through!

The staff were very helpful picking out some frames for our office art. The salesperson was kind enough to tell us where we could get coupons online for in store purchases. We were able to receive 50% off for our entire purchase. Great Customer Service!
