The only thing better than the quality of work is the customer service! I have brought in multiple vehicles and Tom has always given honest feedback and got us back on the road quickly. One of our work trucks had a service issue and when he found out the problem and fixed it told me it was a recall issue and helped me with that process which saved us around $750.

First time customer, and I was absolutely amazed by my experience. I am so excited, he has a customer for life from us now! I was quoted $500-1200 from a corporate company to fix my car, which was a gross overcharge, and found out after googling the average cost of the repair. Not only was my quote less than half of that low end, the actual repair was less than what Tom quoted originally! I know that doesn’t always happen when cars are involved, but I know if my car did need more, he would have let me know ahead of time, and I know it would have been lower than the corporate money hogs. Another thing that I was so impressed with was the owner himself. Tom is such a nice, down to earth, and caring person. He give 120% into his customers and his business, and the pricing is better than fair! He is the kind of person you want to know when you have car problems. Finding someone to trust for car repairs is so nerve racking, but we don’t have to look anymore-yay! We live paycheck to paycheck, like most all the working class. So when a car problem comes up, it can be devastating to our lives. This was definitely one of those situations, and we were shocked and terrified on how we were going to afford this. I had to call around to find someone. The last thing we need is to be ripped off and overcharged money we do not have. I am so glad he was recommended to me, it was a miracle to us. My car is running smoothly now. Super fast fix, same day it was dropped off, and he squeezed it in on his already full schedule. Awesome guy...seriously. awesome. guy. I like this guy who runs the shop. Hes always honest, fair priced and knowledgeable about the vehicles he repairs.I have had multiple vehicles in for him to fix and he does it in a timely manner at a reasonable price and always seems to be positive and in good spirits.It is a small shop and I appreciate that because he knows me by my first name and asked me about stuff going on, and that makes me feel like Im a special customer.I have witnessed him treat other customers with the same manner of professionalism and caring.and that is much appreciated especially when it seems that its more popular to get people in and out without being concerned about their well-being.I highly recommend this shop for those people who do not like to be a number like at the big repair shops but prefer the personal side a business.
