Zeke pierced my daughters ears and he did absolutely AMAZING! She is a very anxious child and was overwhelmed with everything and he did everything right in calming her down. Her ears look wonderful and we are all very happy! Thank you Zeke!!!!

I went there for a purchase and there is a sign say “be back at 2” it was 1:45 okay so I waited. When 2:10 come around the lady came back just to change the time to 2:30 and left again so I ask her if I can purchase this item real quick and she said I can’t right now have to resolve something with my boss. As she was walking away me and my friend can clearly hear she saying “party on Friday sounds good”I didn’t get her name or anything but this happened at northtown Blaine MN location

Lady was nice, respectful. Plenty of merch but $50 for simple studs is too much, then they surorise you w a warranty on them in the final sale.

The staff was kind, patient, understanding and and caring. Very polite and really tried to help me in deciding what I wanted. Great overall experience.

Thank you to the gal willing to work until 5 pm when the mall closed. With so many stores in this mall willing to close their doors early (Claire’s) I do truly appreciate her helping me. Even if she was ready to “go home.” Wish some of us had the luxury of closing early when we are checked out. Smh. Thanks again. My nose and I appreciate you.

Staff is great, been going there for over 20 years. The jewelry can stand the test of time. Im still wearing a ring ingot there 15+ years ago. I never take it off. Looks just as good as it did the day I got it.

This beats going to a Claires any day! Good place to get a cheap ear piercing and my daughter left happy. They were pretty laid back and professional. They have a limited section of earrings for the free piercing deal and there was a slight misunderstanding with what we wanted so he could have been a little more attentive there. But he handled it in a professional manner and corrected the mistake with our transaction.

They have super cute belly rings. They get fade in a couple of weeks though. Get a warranty on them and they will give u a new one for free.

This place has fake jewelry,its all medal with real gold plated,the diamonds are fake as well dont buy anything from this place if u return a item theyll write u a check,and that takes 21 days i repeat do not shop here .its clear its in the middle of the mall do not shop at a stand in the middle of the mall. especially this one.
