I went to Bedrock Motors in Blaine last Saturday and bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. The Jeep was very clean, drove really well and had all the options that I wanted. The sales agent Kip was very nice and professional. The whole sales process was very easy and didnt take that long. I even like the extended warranty that they offered. I thought since the vehicle already had about 100K on it the bumper to bumper warranty just made sense.

Husband bought a used car 1 1/2 years ago and it was a disaster. Took it for a test driver and brake light was on and the pedal felt a little soft otherwise car had a good carfax report and ran good. Dealership said they would take care of the brakes as they did not know there was any problem (not believing this anymore). Husband picks up car in a couple of days, brake light is off and they feel good. Dealership says they bleed the brakes and adjusted them. Two days later brake light comes on again and we find evidence of mice, set traps and caught 5. Husband takes it in to our usual auto shop of 25 years and they said that what the dealership repaired did not solve the problem and that the master cylinder was bad. Husband contacts dealership and they say they will not help to pay for any of the repairs as car was fine when we picked it up. Our own auto repair shop says what was done was a temporary fix to sell the car. Checked on Lemon law for a used car and it does not apply to this car. Husband goes to pick up the car from our shop and the brakes are soft again and firm up when you pump them. Turns out to the car also need a ABS module. Very expensive mistake and what we consider the worst experience with a car dealership.

I don’t know whoIs buying cars here. The guys who helped us couldn’t have been less interested in showing us any vehicles. Everyone we test drove didn’t have a/c and were dirty. He said he had no idea what was on the lot and every car we said we wanted to test drive he said “oh you don’t want that one” so we left because he didn’t want our business and went to John Hirsch in Cambridge and bought a car that night

I drove 2.5 hours to look at a 2013 Ford Taurus Limited at the dealership and was I was definitely impressed. The friendly no pressure service was what I really liked about this dealership. Unlike other dealerships they do not push you into something you don’t like or want to do. Answered my questions. The detail job on the vehicle was better than other dealerships I’ve been to. Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Highly recommended!

I absolutely HATE car shopping, but we found ourselves in need of a vehicle sooner than later. At Bedrock Motors, it turned out to be a hassle free, quick and painless experience which I appreciated. They offered us a fair trade in value on our van and we left feeling secure in our purchase. They werent pushy or just tried to make a sale, which I cant say about other places we had been to. To make it even easier, we had our three young kids in tow and they turned on the mechanical rides to keep them occupied while we dealt with paperwork. Went in here wanted to get a new car.. was looked up and down and told well I close Im 30 minutes so lets hurry.. this was fine.. I went into the bathroom and was called out saying my credit score was too low for any banks to work with me.. Im enrolled in credit monitoring that sends reports anytime my credit is pulled.. nice to know you didnt want to sell a car maybe because Im black I dont know but I promise I wont be back and I will discourage anyone I know from shopping there as well!

The customer service at Bedrock Motors is outstanding! I was in and out of there with a car that I love in a very timely fashion. The man I worked with was able to answer every question I had about every car and even refused to sell me one of the cars on their lot because he knew the transmission didn’t have much more life in it, rather than selling the car to me and making it my own problem. I will definitely be looking here again when the time comes for me to get another car!

Did not get a car from them. After talking with Kent about what I was looking at and the trade in I had. He said he wasnt going to bother running my credit. The loan would have been more than the car was worth by enough that a bank would not go for it. So he saved me a hard inquiry on my credit and Ill be back cause he has some nice stuff inside.

My husband and I went into Bedrock Motors in Blaine to trade in our 2017 Subaru Outback in favor of a 2010 GMC Sierra we had seen advertised online for sale. The truck was absolutely flawless for the age, with low miles. We knew Bedrock had priced the truck fairly so the purchase was a no brainer. We will definitely consider Bedrock Motors Blaine for any future purchases.

Not sure how I feel about Bedrock Motors after what happened today.The only reason I am giving the company 2 stars instead of 1 is because of their price and extended warranty options.I purchased a 2015 GMC Savana Work Van with 23K miles today from Bedrock Motors. The only reason I went through with the sale is because we drove 3 hours there and purchased the extended warranty.I talked to the salesman Trent on the phone Tuesday and gave him my credit card number to hold the vehicle until I could figure out a ride there to get it. He was pretty nice on the phone and overnighted the paperwork for me to fill out so it didnt take long to purchase the vehicle when I arrived. He also took additional pictures and test drove the van for me to make sure there was nothing wrong with it. He said there was a slight raddling from the exhaust but they fixed it, other than that the van drove perfect and has no problems.When I arrived at the dealership I took the van for a test drive myself. As soon as I pressed the brakes leaving the parking lot, the anti-lock activated and almost sent me into the intersection because I couldnt stop completely. I drove it around for about 20 minutes stopping and starting at lease 20 times to see if the problem would go away, but literally EVERY time I pushed the brakes the anti-lock would activate once I slowed down to about 5 MPH. When I got back to the dealership, I told the salesmen the problem. His immediate response was Well if you dont want it, Ill just sell it to someone else.I told him that I still wanted to buy the van, but was concerned about driving it 3 hours back home. He didnt seem to care and continued to say that he would just sell it to someone else. Then I asked him if he noticed anything when he test drove it for me the day before, he said the brakes were fine yesterday when he drove it. This is very hard to believe and would be quite a coincidence that the problem occurred after he was done driving it and before I picked it up the next day. I dont think things break when they are just sitting in a parking lot.It wasnt a deal breaker because I purchased the bumper to bumper extended warranty with the van. I asked Trent if the warranty would cover the repairs needed to fix this problems, he said Yes, but dont fix it for at least 3-4 weeks if youre going to use the warranty. So Im just supposed to either park the van for 3-4 weeks or drive it with the brakes not working properly? This seemed a little shady. Im guessing the dealership is supposed to inspect the vehicle and fix any issues before offering the warranty.They sold the Van for the right price given the high prices of cars right now, and they offered a good extended warranty (Cost about $2,800 though) and this is the only reason Im giving Bedrock Motors 2 stars instead of 1.I would suggest you talk to your sales team about being honest about the vehicle if someone is driving a long way to purchase something from you. I would have still purchased the van if I was told about the problem and I wouldnt have been left with hard feelings about Bedrock Motors and its sales team.

I was looking into buying a 2014 Chevy Camaro I had found in the town I live so I went and took a look at it. The car was everything I thought it would be but the customer service was horrible. The person helping me I feel stereotyped me by the way I looked ( covered in tattoos) didn’t speak at all unless I asked him something and couldn’t really tell me much about the car. Needless to say I didn’t buy the car so I continued my search. While looking online I came across a post for the exact car I wanted with a sunroof (local car didn’t have sunroof) about an hour in a half away. I drove to Bedrock Motors and right away I was greeted with smiles, made me feel I was in the right place. All of my questions got answered, they gave me insight about the vehicle. And made the financing part of the buy one of the smoothest I have ever had. All around great people and place will definitely send my friends and family there.

Bought a vehicle there. Plates have not arrived yet and its been two months. Temporary license expired a month ago. Emailed Alan and Trent about 2 times to follow-up. Received response that they will get it taken care of. That was a month ago. Since then (a month later), Ive sent about 4 more emails to follow-up and I keep getting ignored. No plates yet. They also sent a letter bribing me with a $20 gas card if I gave them a 5 star review.

Tried to do business with Kent on a car and would not budge on price even though car was over priced(2015 Chevy Malibu) Place is not worth doing business with if they won’t work with you even on price. I looked at reviews and I’m glad I did! This place manipulates it’s rating by buying ur reviews! In reality I’m guessing this place is a 3.1 instead of a 4.3. Stay away buyers beware.

I went there to look at a Toyota Rav4 and Kent was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to take it for a long test drive, over 30 miles one way, and get it checked out by my mechanic. Financing was very easy with them. I will keep them in mind for the future.

TL;DR: Bedrock Motors said they would reserve a vehicle for me to look at. I drove 13 hours round trip to check out the vehicle. Business sold the car 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment, wasting my and my family’s entire weekend. Do not trust this business.Friday March 19th, 2020: I called Bedrock Motors about a 2017 Ford Titanium Fusion. I spoke with a salesperson about the vehicle and he said it was still available. Since I am attending school in Michigan, the salesperson agreed to allow my sister who lives in Minnesota to check out the vehicle for me.Saturday March 20th, 2020: My sister checked out the vehicle and liked it a lot. I called the salesperson and told him that I would be able to drive over from Michigan the following weekend. As the salesperson could not reasonably hold the vehicle for an entire week, he asked me to call on the Friday before the weekend to set up an appointment so that he could reserve the vehicle.Thursday March 26, 2020: As I needed to move multiple people’s schedules around to accommodate my trip to Minnesota, I called to double check that the vehicle was still available. The previous salesperson was unavailable, so I spoke with his colleague who said that the vehicle was still there.Friday March 27, 2020: I called the salesperson to reserve the vehicle and schedule an appointment. We agreed that we would meet at noon on March 28th. With the understanding that the vehicle would be reserved, I then drove for 6 hours to Minnesota.Saturday March 28, 2020: I drove an additional hour to the Twin Cities with some family members to go check out the vehicle. I called the salesperson 10 minutes before our appointment to update him on our arrival time. It was at that time that the salesperson told me that Bedrock Motors was in the process of selling the vehicle that was reserved for me to another person. I was extremely confused and asked the salesperson how that was possible since the vehicle had been reserved for me to look at and I had just driven 7 hours to get there. He gave a curt apology and transferred me to the dealership owner. The dealership owner briefly apologized, said that the salesperson should not have told me that he would reserve the vehicle, and told me in no uncertain terms that there was nothing he could do after which the call ended.After wasting my entire weekend and my family’s time, Bedrock Motors did not do anything to try to correct their mistake. They did not offer to compensate me for my gas or time lost. They did not even try to find another vehicle for me in their lot that I may like that they could give me a good deal on. Bedrock Motors demonstrated that they did not value my time or me as a customer.In the used car market, trust is everything. Bedrock Motors have clearly demonstrated that they cannot be trusted. With these kind of business practices, is Bedrock Motors really the kind of place you want to purchase a used car from?

Review for Bedrock Motor Blane Location+ No hassle to test drive a vehicle, walked in traded my license for keys and I was off on a test drive.+ They did a good job cleaning the interior and exterior of the car, it was a 2011 vehicle and it looked brand new.- I found oil dripping from vehicle after the test drive.- I mentioned this issue to the staff and they showed me a document with the repairs they did on this issue and told me what I saw was residual oil from the repair. I was kind of taken back at the lack of concern about the issue, if it was repaired then why is it dripping oil? Nobody went out to look at it or told me they would have someone take a look at it so walked away.- I was really interested in this vehicle so I gave it another shot, I went back and brought a bore scope (small camera to inspect things in small spaces) and confirmed there were pools of oil on top of the engine block that could have been residual oil equal to the amount I saw dripping. The repair they did requires removing the oil filter housing which is sitting right in the pool of oil and if you don’t clean that oil before removing the oil filter housing that dirty gritty oil will go right in the oil and coolant passages and potentially cause more serious damage. Also, to test if your repair actually worked you should clean up any oil in the area so when you fire up the engine you can see if there is oil pooling up and determine that the repair was successful or not. Either (1) They did the repair in the puddle of oil which is risky and poor workmanship and they had no way to confirm the repair worked (2) they cleaned up the oil did the repair and its leaking again and they don’t care to do anything about it.- Later I looked at reviews and learned they offer $20 gift card to customers that give a 5 star review. That is dishonest and I really dislike the hustle.I am not saying you can’t find a good working car here but you better have another mechanic check it over. So, what is the point of buying a car here, what value do they add if you can’t trust their inspection and repair. I ended up walking away and found the same vehicle elsewhere, there are so many other options in the Minneapolis area.

Went to the blaine location to test drive my dream car! all the specs were exactly what i wanted and i just needed to make sure it drove fine and i would’ve made a deal right there but the rude staff of bedrock motors blaine told me i needed to have my credit ran first before i could test drive anything. i told them i had already gotten an offer for my current truck from bedrock motors in rogers and that they never had to run my credit prior to test driving anything? i told them i’d be glad to do so AFTER test driving to ensure this vehicle is even worth getting the hard inquiries? the whole situation made no sense to me. but they insisted i had to fill out a credit application in order to test drive and would not accommodate at all in order to meet the needs of the customer. matter of fact, he kept turning around and walking away from me without giving me an actual answer. he’d just say “not gonna happen, sorry” and walk away. one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had with a car salesman. kurt kotval and trent blake should be ashamed of how they treat their customers.

Was at this place today to look at a wrangler and when i asked the sales person if i may test drive it he asks if im paying cash or fiancing!! I said what does that matter? So then he gives me this song and dance and basically tells me no!! I couldnt believe it when i heard it. The sales guy who looked like Guy fieri was pretty dang rude and not a very enjoyable person to deal with. I went there with very good intentions and serious thoughts about the jeep and i never even got an offer to even look at it!!! Basically the way i was treated was that they looked at me as if i didnt belong there!!! After alot of thought i have decided that i will NEVER make a deal with someone like that!! Because of how unprofessional that guy was they just lost a sale from me!! Ill never go to that little car lot again. I give the sales guy an F rating and should look for and different career if that is how he is gonna treat customers!!!

Seems like a nicely laid out dealership. I was looking at a couple of vehicles and asked the salesman multiple times if I could test drive at least one of them. He danced around the request every time I asked. Finally he said he’d start one for me. So he started it, took the keys, refused me a test drive once again, and walked away. Doesn’t seem like a great way to sell vehicles, but what do I know? Done wasting my time with dealerships.

I just recently bought a car out of state with Bedrock Motors. I live in New York, and because of Covid and all the other chaos going on in the country right now I decided to purchase my car and have it delivered since the specific car I was looking for wasnt anywhere within a 500 mile radius of me. That being said, I was a little nervous doing this entire process online. I called for information and spoke with Kent which was awesome and straight forward with everything from the start. He made the process easy, and got back to me with all information, total price, and delivery charges within minutes allowing me to see how much I was going to spend up front. This was very important to me and prior to calling Bedrock, I called several other dealerships out of state which were trying to play games and manipulate the price right off the bat. Kent and Bedrock simply send me the Bill of Sale with everything disclosed, showed me the delivery fee that the company they work with quoted them, and before you know it I was purchasing the car within the same hour. Seamless process, straightforward, and great communication every step of the way. I was looking for commuter car and came across one online at Bedrock Motors. I had never heard of them before, but I went over and checked out the car. I noticed they had a lot of really nice looking cars on the lot and all were priced very reasonable. I took the one i was looking for a drive and checked it over. The car was really good shape and priced below KBB. After a few minutes with Kip, i decided to purchase it. Kip had me out the door with everything within 20 minutes. If you have not checked out Bedrock Motors, I suggest you do. Great inventory and customer service.

I wont be getting my $20 gift card. i bought a 2006 jeep two weeks ago. today i received a letter saying they would give me a $20 holiday gas card if i gave them a five star review on google and a couple of other sites. i will be reporting them to google and the other sites. you cant buy my integrity for $20.

Three years ago we purchased a Jeep Commander from this dealership. The salesman was very nice, but not very accommodating on negotiating a price and no Carfax was available for that vehicle We came back to purchase the vehicle on a Saturday, drove it again and a light came on that they said they would fix, but not until Monday. We had to drive back up again the following week and they would not give us allowance for the wasted trip on Saturday.(70 miles one way). We were told we could not get title that day and it took several weeks and a phone call to finally have it sent to us. When it arrived it had a MANUFACTURE BUYBACK title and found out it had been in a front end collision after I paid for a Carfax on it. Salesman did not disclose title status to us and shame on us for not looking closer. We will never do business with them again and would not recommend due to the title status not being disclosed to us. On the bright side - the Jeep is amazing. Still would not recommend - honesty up front builds trust and creates more sales and returning customers. And yes, they do offer $20 gas card for a 5 star review. I did not get the gas card obviously.

I would absolutely recommend Bedrock Motors. After I was in an accident with my Saturn Ion, I was incredibly lucky to find that this dealership had one in their lot I could replace it with - (which is a rare thing as they don’t manufacture them anymore, and the location was very convenient as I live pretty close by). My salesman, Kent, was super helpful and flexible - allowing me to bring the car to my mechanic to get it inspected before I purchased, and was very friendly all-around.To Kent and Allan - thank you so much!

Vehicles are way over priced!. They want $51k for a 5year old truck that has 73k on the clock. Same truck when new was 57k, hows that work???
