The two ladies holding the store down were incredibly helpful. I must of had 5 or 6 pairs of shoes brought out to me and only liking 1 pair. Just as I walked in there a was a customer upset about something and was unbelievably rude to one of the female employees. She dealt with it like a CHAMP! Lol for real tho! Applause 👏 to her. They should have some more security in there for the women. I can imagine this was not the employees first run in with a disgruntled idiot :) thanks yall!

No service at all. I was in there and trying to buy a Nike sweat suit, couldnt find the size. No help at all for 10 minutes. One of the employees kept looking at me but didnt even ask if I needed help. There was only 2 customers in the store with 4 workers🤦🏻‍♀️. I left out with disappointment.

We Walk at the Northtown Mall. We walk by that brightly lighted store but havent gone in yet...there is at least 3 shoe stores in the Mall.

Friendly staff. The location has slow foot traffic now-a-days yet doesn’t have that close to abandon fee most the stores in the mall do. It’s a more laid back and browse-worthy place. You’re not pressured and you won’t feel displaced for cracking a joke. Only thing I’d recommend would be working on volume control but even that’s not too bad.

Worst customer service, had my two kids looking to purchase shoes on a weekday, not busy, and the two employees standing around talking to two other groups about I don’t care what, just standing talking, no purchases being processed, no trying on shoes just standing around talking. The same employees did not greet us, after about 15 minutes I wasted waiting for one of them to acknowledge us, they didn’t have the size after they walk around for another 10 minutes while holding the shoe in their hand. I will never go to this store again. Journeys right down the hall was way better! The people there greeted us right away, was very helpful.

Usually when I go in, I would wear sneakers but I wore crocs that day. I stayed in the store for 15-20 minutes. No one came up to me and asked if I needed help. They just looked at me and looked away. Maybe it was because the virus is still around and I’m asian. I just felt judged.

Adriana helped us and she was so very helpful! She was energetic, friendly and entertaining. She actually made buying shoes fun! Trust me if you are looking for a pair of shoes go see her and she will take care of you.

The service was bad. If you asked for a shoe in specific they would bring you another one That you didnt asked for! If it was me I would give them Negative stars.

Always a good trip!

Live far away, stopped in to buy my son some shoes. Spent $110 on the shoes, only to come home and find one size 11 and one size 8.5 in the box! It was his birthday and he was excited to wear the shoes. I now have to drive 30 miles to go exchange them. Perhaps if the employees would let customers look in the box rather than keeping it behind the counter until purchase, these issues wouldnt happen.

I love the guys in there Brett, Anthony, TC All of them they are cool, funny always know what I want & if they dont have my size in something I want they order it offline for me when I go there we talk & tell jokes. I have never had a problem there & I will continue to go there.

This place never has any size from 9 through 11. Dont bother coming here to cop Js on release day because most of the staff will lie to you that they ran out but they have 10 extra pairs for themselves.

My boyfriend and I went to go buy some shoes. No one Acknowledged us when we walked into the store. We waited 30 plus mins to be help. Then we got tired of waiting and left. There was only 2 people working on a Thursday night.

Have always had good associates at this location. Love to get the 10% and 15% off coupons.
