This company completely “ghosted” me after service was provided to remove a large black walnut tree (with stump removal) and a smaller flowering tree. Walnut tree limbs damaged the irrigation system that was clearly flagged before the tree was taken out. They did not provide us a receipt of services paid and neglected to maintain contact with us despite numerous texts and voicemails to their office. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

We were hit by the derecho storm in Cedar Rapids, IA. Metro Tree & Stump came down to assist in the enormous amount of tree removal needed. We had a massive ash tree that fell on our garage. It was impossible to get a local person to come and remove it and were afraid the garage would collapse. Metro Tree came and removed the tree. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and worked with us as it took time to get payment from our insurance company. We dont live in MN to use them again, but we would absolutely do so if we had need of them. Very kind and professional.

We had them take down an 80 foot tree. They did a great job working on it. They cleaned up very good after the work was done. They were nice and polite. Reasonable price. We would recommend them. We were pleased and it was done in 2 hours.

We had a large dead oak tree in our backyard in Roseville I called Mike and he gave me a quote of $4500 I called two other companies and they were over $10,000! The guys came out started and had it done and all cleaned up in the same day! Would highly recommend these guys! Thanks again Mike and crew!!

These guys were top notch! We had 7 trees removed, another needed trimming up about 20, and several old random large (30 + diam) trees were lying on the ground within our wooded lot needing to be removed. BJ came out to give a bid (extremely reasonable), the crew (along with the owner, Mike) showed up on time, with the crane (awe inspiring), guys ready to climb, the giant chipper, and several trucks. I actually took video of my 50 trees being cut and pulled over my home to the ground on the other side where they made quick work of them. Seriously impressive. Have been referring Metro Tree to all my friends that need tree service.

Just had these guys remove a large cottonwood in Coon Rapids. Super happy with the entire process. Metro Tree & Stump was one of the only companies that actually called back and seemed to care about doing the job.The crew was professional, friendly and definitely knew what they were doing. Mike and the guys did an excellent job removing our large silver maple tree in our front yard and his prices were so reasonable we asked him to take our smaller maple down at the same time. They were very professional and fast!! We definitely will recommend them to anyone we know looking for this type of service.

Guy behind be hired the company to take down some trees, the company destroyed my yard. Called company BJ stated to go after my neighbor or sue them. Great business practice.

We just had these guys out to remove two trees. Naturally there was some mess during the process but they were cracked my drive way not using their equipment properly and do not want to pay for the correct fixing needed
