Confirmed appointment and time. They know services to be performed. Was suppose to be around a 2 hour appointment. Took over 8 hours, they did not have oil filters, air filters, didnt have software updates. Total disaster for a pre planned appointment. They had to go store to get parts, serious lack of planning and organization.

Me: Did you replace the wheel bearing/hub assembly? Shop: ITs jUsT a sEaL lEaK sO THey rEpLaCeD iT 🤡🤡🤡Came to a very smoky stop less than a week after repairs. When it was all said and done..the wheel completely seized up. Good thing I stopped for a 30 minute break when I did, because this thing would have caught fire or fell off if I kept going.. Ill be spending the week in another hotel, but hopefully the next dealer does the job right.

Do not go there for inspection. They will try to charge as much as they can. They will tell you to replace the fifth weel even if it’s working.

Overpriced For 1 Nox Sensor and A Nox Sensor from Mercedes Usually costs around 200-400 For a Sprinter Van Over 800 and they overpriced their label and charged for alot of hours and the check engine engine like still isint on, then they tried to change and charge me for 2 injectors, its still not running good, i went back to them, and they told me they had to change the 2 injectors 1 of the 2 didint work, they told me to pay again over 700 dollars. and they also charged me 200 dollars this morning just for a check the engine light, they told me injector #6 was bad, they already changed that injector, I Would Not Recommend.

Purchased a Sprinter van from them that spends more time in their shop than on the road. They only have one Sprinter technician so it takes days to get repairs made and typically several phone calls to find out that the estimate has gone up...again! Getting rid of this vehicle so I dont have to work with them.

I was under a gov. Load Which the trailer has to be guarded. 12° outside and Im standing outside freezing my butt off this place brings their pickup around for me to sit in.had Called in and explained my problem. This shop said bring it in. Got there and within 45 min. Had it in a bay checking it out. Was a burnt wire that heats the def 3 hours from the time I got there out the door and rolling. My hat is off to these guys your one the best shops Ive done business with in along time. THANK YOU THANK YOU.

Very slow ppl working here only one guy at sales/parts counter. Over 30 min of a wait just to buy one bolt thats insane. If you can then dont come here. These guys dont deserve our money

Try not to go this place. They charge me $214 almost for nothing. Just for replace a couple fuse was $144, and for a diagnosis that I already knew of an antifreeze leak was $70 more. And not to mention the overcharged price of the parts $900 for a water pump. Ohhhh, and do not give your keys unless you know how much you are going to pay.30 minutes later my partner got into another place and the guys over there says that the water pump was good. The leaking problem its just a pin in the pump.No more comments.

I dropped off my company truck on a Thursday afternoon. I didnt get a call about it until the following Monday night. After I had to call them, they told me the truck wouldnt stay running long enough to look at the problem. So I had to give permission to look at that issue. What bothers me is that I had to call them. After two days of work theu got it running but couldnt find the cause of the problem I brought it in for. After 9 or 10 days I picked it with a 5 thousand dollar tab and still not operating correctly. I took it straight to Fleet maintenance in eden prairie.

I WILL NEVER TAKE MY TRUCK HERE AGAIN Took my truck here to have the compressor replace took then 8hrs labor at $139 hrs and $200 extra for shop supply a day later truck start leaking oil though it was the compressor took it back they told me it the engine breather need to get reseal that right next to the compressor they wanted $1200 a part they must have taken out to replace the compressor told then the girl at the service try to tell me it no where near the compressor when it two inches away took it home and come to find out they did not put a bolt back in and wanted $1200 to fix a mistake they done never will I go here again they will only screw you over.

Way over priced, crappy parking for both cars and trucks, parts guys slow and/or crabby a lot. If you can, go to Freightliner St Cloud. Way better prices and much nicer people.

Took a truck there after having a fuel sludge, I didnt know it comes from running the truck for a long time. Anyways looked at it, took them a long wile to determine a fuel leak and took them 3 hours to tell me that the turbo is POSSIBLY bad, which was not the case. Took it somewhere else, after paying them around $540 just for the diagnostic, and got it fixed for a much better price. I would, happily, take my business somewhere else.

Repair wise I have no complaints. Now if they could actually time manage and get their mechanics on schedule they actually might get somewhere. However I don’t see that happening any time soon.

The harmonic balancer went in our Frieghtliner Sprinter RV on our way from NY to Montana. They did everything they could to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. Highly recommend them.

Not a good place for truck repair. The mechanic lack of knowledge our truck had some battery shortage still couldnt figure out until this time. Surely whoever the service manager doesnt care about you stay at hotel your expense.We get towed last monday and tomorrow Friday feb.1 were still in the shop. Im hoping my truck will run dont have choice to stay nonsense place. Wont come back this place again.

Parts are not good people they are laple

We brought our box truck here for service and after 3 and a 1/2 weeks they still didnt know what was wrong and never followed up with us. The issue was still there and they were then asking 3x the quoted service price for a truck that still had issues. We then took it somewhere else and had it fixed in 24 hours. Its possible they actually created more issues for this truck but we cant prove it.

The most price gouging service center in town and theyre unapologetically proud of this fact. I was charged $80 to replace a license plate bulb. I brought it to the managers attention. Also their pm service is only 1 fuel filter unlike industry wide of 2. Their shop supplies fee is separate from their miscellaneous fee. Their hourly rate is $144 but by the time its all said and done it is around $180. Will never go there.

Ive dealt with this place for many years due to my bosss loyalty to freightliners. However this is our last one because I cant stand the stupidity behind its service counter staff. They can not fallow instructions. If you are told your truck will be done by 6 means it might be done at 9. Worst service center in the Midwest. Youd think think after years of complaints the owner would have pulled his head out of his ass and fixed this

We have a class a diesel pusher motorhome on a Freightliner chassis that we have taken here for warranty and preventive maintenance for the last couple of years. Motorhomes are obviously not their main business but they have always treated us fairly and provided top notch service. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff have patiently listened to my newbie questions and given me understandable explanations without talking down to me. We usually drop the motorhome off and let them work it into the schedule. They have a secure gated lot and Im comfortable leaving it there overnight.

Doesnt even deserve a star, Worse Busniess ive ever dealt with, Flat rate $139 a hour labor but then say $170 once there done supposedly shop supplies im not paying for the techs to use $30 gloves to work on my vehicle, Read reviews before you go here if you deicide to go here be prepaired to have your money stolen from you .

This place need to shut down completely. They steal from customers had a oil leak took it there they over charge me $ 2037 which the price for parts is 87bucks and I am still having oil leak. Call in to bring it back they refused to work on it. Will never recommend this place to no one.

Service center attempted to charge for warranty related services. Had PM Sprinter service performed as well and they charged for coolant even though its covered under the service. Vehicle is under warranty for engine and they charged for a coolant pressure test which takes 10 minutes in the first place. Very unhappy especially with the service manager who wouldnt do a thing for us!

My company has been using I-State because of a service campaign. Other places it weeks before one vehicle is done, I-State has been usually 6 days and done.
