Jordan and the team at Glass and Mirror did an amazing job! We had a barn door style glass shower door installed in our master bathroom. The team was even willing to bring out two different door knobs, as we were debating between two different colors, so that we could see the knobs in the actual space- all for no extra charge. This helped us make the best decision for our space. Any issues we had were addressed promptly. We couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend them!

Amazing service from start to quote! Jordan was easy and knowledgeable to work with from my initial request. He told me what his recommendation was for my steam shower door replacement and let me know that he would have an installer come out and measure. They used email to arrange a time and day which was very convenient. The day came and Joe the installer called me up and let me know that he was 20 minutes out and if that would still work. When Joe got here he was respectful of my home, took his shoes off without asking, and was easy to talk with the entire time. He too was very knowledgeable and recommended the same style door hinges as Jordan did and let me know why they work better for steam showers (allows the door to close tighter to the door framing). Joe was very efficient with his time and we even had a few laughs! Joe informed me that all the hardware would be included which I had completely forgotten about the actual shower handle. Not that that is a huge deal but goes to show the thoroughness of the team at Glass & Mirror. I look forward to the install and the day we can use our steam/rain shower again.Thanks G&M,Stephen

10-26-2020The installation of a Glass Shower Door & a new Mirror over vanity; went very smoothly and looks GREAT!! The installer did a great job; could not find anything to adjust or fix and didnt need to do any clean-up after the install. I highly recommend this company for and glass or mirror work you need to have done. The sales and billing folks are great to work with too. I checked several companies before I made a decision and Glass & Mirror Inc came to the top of the list.

I needed a tabletop glass piece to be fixed and modified a little and I found these guys on the internet and I went in there and they were able to work on it right there at that time. I was not expecting that and they were very gracious and the lady that sits in the reception area was very nice and Im sure everybody is good at their job there but I got lucky enough and had a guy named Jason fix the piece I brought in. And it looks like brand new. I was going to throw it away and Im so glad that they were able to fix it. I highly, highly recommend this company. any more glass or mirror projects and they will be the go-to company for me.

They bid it quickly, came when they said they would, installed it professionally and left the work site clean. Installers were professional, price was fair, only a little bit higher than initial estimate. Sales office was a tiny bit “salesy”. but not over the top. Tolerable. I would use them again.

My clients in Star Prairie, Wi were in search of 2 glass shower enclosures to have made and installed, one which was for a steam shower that needed to be sealed up as much as possible.After finalizing my tile, they came out the following day for field measure and design finalization. Jordan had some great input about putting a transom piece in the steam shower that could be opened after using the shower to aid in drying when not in use. Genius!!!Once field measurements were taken, their install team (Jake & Brandon I think?) were back in two weeks and installed to perfection! They were done in about 3-4hrs.As a builder/craftsman of nearly 30 years working with many varying degrees of skilled trades people, I can highly recommend this team! It was a pleasure working with you all!

G&M installed my bathroom shower door and window a couple years back. Since, the thin gasket (???) that adheres to the side of the door to close the gap between door and glass wall panel to keep the water in, began to fall off. I needed a replacement. I stopped in to pick one up and Jordan quickly helped! He went back and came out with the replacement part free of charge! Its these little things while working with small businesses where they go the extra mile. Ill be back working with them when I update my 2nd bathroom!

I had them replace two windows that had condensation between the panes. They did an amazing job with the installation and due to COVID took extra pre-cautions and wore a mask the entire time inside my house. Kat did excellent job keeping me informed on the windows progress during the manufacturing of it and scheduling installation. I would highly recommend them for your window needs.

I am editing my review. This process had a good start, a bad middle and a good finish. I ordered the glass from a very professional sounding woman. We had two conversations about the matter, leading me to believe she might possibly remember it, when I called back 2 weeks later. She could not find the paperwork, and did not remember our conversation. I was told the order did not exist, and that she would be glad to take my order. That is when I hung up. After that, the owner of Glass & Mirror reached out to me and we got everything straightened out. The glass is there, and its ready for me to pick up. All in all, I would recommend them to others, and I would not hesitate to give them another shot at my business. I would have rated it higher, except for the level of stress the whole thing induced in me today.

I called to get a price estimate and upon scheduling to come out i missed the appointment because they claimed they called my phone multiple times, which i never received a missed call! So, i rescheduled and yet again they CLAIMED they called my phone and YET AGAIN i missed the call.I called them and the lady on the phones customer service was horrible. I just wanted to get an estimate for my bathroom mirror and they lost my business. It could have been as easy as a misdialed number where it could have been corrected.I would NOT refer anyone here, if they cant even get the estimate completed, how great can the actual service be?THUMBS DOWN!!!

Fantastic sales staff and installation was perfect

Terrible customer service. Was told 2 weeks to fix 2 window panes. Took 1 month and they never got it done so I had to come get the windows back because the weather got too cold. Then refused to give any type of refund for the work they never finished. Stole my money literally. Never use this garbage place find somewhere else and save yourself the trouble. 1 month for 2 small window panes and it never got done ridiculous.
