My sister and I got to meet doctor Mario today he was very kind and gentle with us explained a explained everything well everyone weveryone we came in contact with were very pleasant. You know how you dont like to go to the doctor for anything today was different I didnt mind my visit at all. Thank you

Dr. Josh Yorgason at MN Ear and Sinus is a special otolaryngologist that youre lucky to meet. Highly skilled and caring.

Dr. Josh was excellent in explaining and diagnosing the issue and reassuring my comfort was important and the issue was treatable! His facility yet small compared to others is the most welcoming, very sophisticated and very beautiful because of the ambiance it holds! His staff is truly professional, respectful and very caring! ❤

The personnel, medical service, and facility of MN Ear & Sinus were excellent. They were also very reasonable and forthcoming on their pricing, I cant fault them on any of these areas.Where I do fault them is on the logistical side of their business, namely billing and scheduling.Their billing process was messy and very outdated in my opinion. They did state that much of the billing issues were caused by the billing provider they employed (that they have since stopped working with due to these issues). Im glad they recognized the issues with that billing provider and addressed them as best they could, however the issues that arose from that were still present several months into my care with MN Ear & Sinus, and did affect my overall experience.Now, as for scheduling, I felt this was MN Ear & Sinuss weakest area. I have never had a business cancel or even need to reschedule a pre-existing appointment with me in my life, yet out of the 6 or 7 appointments I had with MN Ear & Sinus, they asked me to reschedule 2 of them just days (or even minutes) before the appointment was set to take place.The first time they asked me to reschedule was quite literally 30 minutes before my appointment, after I was already on the road.The second time they asked me to reschedule they didnt have a valid opening for several weeks, even though they were calling me just a day or two before my scheduled appointment.Finally, most of my visits to their facility were pretty quick and efficient, however at my final appointment they were a full 1.5 hours behind schedule, which definitely tested my patience.Overall the care, staff, and facility are fantastic, and Dr. Yorgason was friendly and caring, but the logistical side of their business really left a bad taste in my mouth. I sincerely hope they address these logistical issues moving forward, as they sully an otherwise wonderful medical practice.

I have a very extensive ear and nose history. I’ve had dr josh for over 13 years now. He is amazing and has an amazing team. They all care so much and provide great patient centered care. I highly recommend them to everyone ( from mild to severe ENT conditions they can handle it all).

The quality of care from this provider is exceptional. Dr. Joshua Yorganson has a great bedside manner and a professionalism that really raises the bar for his specialty. Dr. Yorgason is well trained and is able to convey the options and procedures available for treatment in a clear and concise way. His staff is also more than competent and his assistant in the office, Ms. Brooke Young, is a stand out member. In my professional carrier I have been exposed to many Doctors/ Surgeons and would give Dr. Yorgason the highest marks!

What a great experience. The staff was friendly and professional. They greeted me right away and took me into a room with a massage chair and offered me something to drink. They did all the paperwork and exam right there in the room. It was very easy and relaxing. Even scheduling a new appointment they did with me in the room. They explained everything clearly. Very high level of service. Highly recommend.

Nice facility, but more concerned about getting payment at time of visit than letting insurance be processed first (in network provider). Wont return.

Brook has been fantastic to work with. She had a very positive and calming energy, which naturally put me at ease.Dr. Josh seems very well educated and respectful. He takes time to talk through treatment options and explains diagnoses and test results in a way that is easy to understand. I appreciate his holistic approach to medicine.The clinic is well designed and has a soothing energy. I highly recommend MN Ear and Sinus Center, particularly to anyone who has had bad experiences with other ENT clinics in the past. Their approach is very conducive to clients who may have issues around anxiety and trauma.

Dr. Yorgason was unbelievably great to work with ! My son had placed a rock in his ear. After urgent care got us in touch with this clinic I could not have been more lucky. Dr. Yorgason made time to see us Saturday morning. While there, he was so patient and great with our 5 year old. The rock had been lodged in his ear that required a procedure. The office was so great to communicate with and ensured this process was smooth and stress free. While at Childrens the attention and care for our son was top notch and Dr. Yorgason was involved through out the process.5 stars are not enough for the great work that he and the team provided. Any future needs our family has, we are sure to be making over an hour drive to this clinic.

When I first received my diagnosis of Meniere’s disease it was overwhelming, to say the least. One of the many difficult components was the component of hearing loss. Within the first year of diagnosis, my hearing loss was significant enough to need hearing aids. Dr. Yorgason recommended that I see Dr. Joe for a consultation. From the first moment that I had hearing aids placed on my ears, I could not believe what I was missing. I knew I was having “a little trouble” hearing, but I had no idea truly how much I was missing. I had no idea what a difference hearing aids would make in my day to day life. The technology available is amazing. I attended a wedding reception, utilized the “restaurant’ setting, and could hear the conversations clearly at the table where I was seated. I no longer feel like I’m missing out on social conversations. When I take them off at night, the silence is now overwhelming. The transition to wearing them was very easy and Dr. Joe has been there to help with any questions or adjustments I’ve needed. I cannot say enough good things about MN Ear and Sinus, Dr. Joe, and Dr. Yorgason, and highly recommend this office and getting hearing aids to anyone who is considering it. Joni G.

The process to try and set up surgery for my ear was horrible. I could never get a hold of the surgical liaison and when I did get a hold of someone within the clinic they always took my name and stated that the liaison would call me back. I never got a call back. When I was able to get a hold of the liaison, she always stated that she would either call me or email me but she never did. I always had to call her. I started calling the clinic after my appointment in August and it took until the now to get a surgery scheduled.I am suppose to have surgery next week but have yet to receive a surgical packet or any type of information about my surgery.The surgical liaison is horrible at communication and seems very disorganized even though this is what she is in charge. It has lead me to feel very uncomfortable and will not be having surgery through this clinic. It should not take over three months to schedule a surgery.This is honestly the worst service I have ever had with an ENT clinic.
