Update:5/8/21: I called yesterday spoke with April, she took my order. Again I am amazed with their quality. These ladies are the best at what they do.Wow. April helped me out with 12 red roses and they where beautiful flowers and the customer service was awesome. Good job ladys.

The sprays for my dear friends funeral were so bland and shapeless. They were supposed to be various shades of pink with some nice ribbon the ribbon was the same color as the flowers. What was there was a pink mess no filler no various colors. They had 3 weeks notice and we got flowers that looked like they took 10 minutes to assemble. No various colors of pink just one color and it matched the ribbon so it looked like a pink ball. Not exactly what was promised. The colors were not what was ordered a variety means more than one and the sprays were cheaply set in green plastic with styrofoam that could be seen and the charge for such horrible flowers 290 a piece for lousy work and lousy sprays. Wow 😣 so do disappointed they got away with this lousy work.

I couldn’t of been happier with the flowers Bloomfield Florist put together for my wedding. The bouquets were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I sent her inspiration pictures of the ideas I had and she brought it to life even better than I imagined. I first looked for a florist in Durango, CO and was shocked at how overpriced their wedding packages were. Bloomfield Florist prices were fair and worth every penny.

Unprofessional rude and incompetent gossip mongers who do not believe in customer satisfaction. . Used spray painted fake flowers from the dollar store . Charging exuberant prices for mediocre work . Use 1-800 Flowers or another florist . July 11 Still no resolution to being charged 540 dollars after them being given and aditional 3 weeks to fix their shoddy work. Tiffany was very helpful. I really appreciated everything she was willing to do to help me make a decision about what I wanted. She was also conscientious of my budget and even suggested where I might get what I needed for cheaper. That’s customer service that you don’t often see anymore.

My Mom ALWAYS got flowers from here and my husband and I got flowers here for her when she passed away. I know the employees and the owners knew my Mom (Terry Davis) very well. They always made/make beautiful flower arrangements. Highly recommend everyone to check them out.

Always willing to help with whatever you need. This time was a family death, and they created beautiful flowers. Its hard to think when you are in the middle of that kind of pain. The lady helped me get what I needed and understood what I was having a herd time explaining.

Charged me $100 for a base with barely any flowers. Pretty much the vase was a forest, it was jut leaves! If I knew I was going to get this I would have done it myself instead. Flowers were dead, literally. The exact same flower vase was online for $60 the most and I got charged $100 for something very small I could of picked out of a garden.

Called and needed some last minute flowers delivered for my mom - they were very accommodating and the arrangement was exactly what I asked for my mom

----- UPDATE -----I was initially very frustrated that there was no seeming attempt at re-delivery and that no call was made to me or my mother alerting us that they had tried to make the delivery. I had hoped they would call me AT LEAST by Monday to let me know the status of my order was and when or if there would be a re-delivery but I had to call them.I have since talked with the owner and she explained that they have to hire extra employees for big holidays and that they try to get them trained up to par with all the rules and procedures (such as calling when delivery driver can not reach the recipient). She also explained that they had tried 4 times that day to deliver the flowers. I will have to take her word for it because even though they have a place on the card they leave on the door when a recipient does not answer the door, they do not mark on it the individual times of attempts. Something they should reconsider so that they can show credibility to customers.These things considered along with getting the promise of the owner that a phone call will now be made when a delivery can not be completed makes me rethink my first post. I will try them again on Mothers Day and test the quality of their service again.It means a lot to me that the owner of the business responded to me personally about this issue. She seems like a great person and is really on top of customer relations which is hard to do in a business.Im changing my 1-star rating to a 4-star for now. I will try them again for Mothers Day and change the rating to 5-star if all promises are kept and delivery is professional.----- ORIGINAL -----I will never use this florist again. I cant speak for their service to locals in the area but for those of us that need to purchase from them online just try a different florist. I ordered flowers for my mom over a week ago so that she could receive them on Valentines Day. That was two days ago and they say that they are are NOW out for delivery. I really needed my mom to receive those ON Valentines Day because my father just barely passed away and its my mothers first year in 44 years that she will not have anyone for this special day. I didnt want her to feel so lonely.

Ordered flowers for my daugters birthday, asked for them to be delivered four days from now, on her birthday, and they delivered them today.. She loves them but not the point. Probaby wont do that again.

Ordered $60 worth of white lillies. My mother received a sorry looking bouquet of purple carnations and two pink lillies. Won’t order again.

I will never go back to this flower shop my dad ordered flowers for my mom here and the stems dont even reach the water, flowers are all dead, some where even brown and I told yet yet they did do anything never going back here again!!!!! And my dad paid $70 for it !
