Great store, this beauty supply has some of everything, just sucks to try to find a place to park...

My first time there and they seem to have a wide variety of supplies. It seems like they are rearranging their store though because it seemed a bit in a disarray. Extra friendly and attentive- not the follow you around the store attentive either😊

The store is clean and I found what I was looking for. Yes, there was a lady watching customers but since she kept a decent distance, it didnt bother me.However most items are overpriced. After leaving I checked my receipt and realized I was over charged for one item and for that reason I will not shop here again.My mistake for rushing.... so please pay attention when the cashier is ringing up your items.

Rude rude rude! I will not support a business that doesn’t appreciate my hard earned money. The owners were snarky and made remarks that were uncalled for. Will never patronize this business again!

They usually have the products I need. Not expensive. Ppl seem nice

I called to see if they were open on Sundays, man answered phone to say it was open from 11:00 to 5:00. I was so glad caught 2 buses in the pouring rain and cold for them to be closed. It’s terrible to lie to customers.

I visited C&J beauty supply over the weekend. The older woman behind the cash register is the most rudest person I have ever seen in my life. They have a person that follows you around the store like you’re going to steal something. When it was time to pay for my items she snatched the money out of my hand very aggressively, and gave me a very bad look. It’s kind of funny how people of color support these types of businesses, and they treat us so poorly. STOP SUPPORTING BUSINESSES WHERE WE ARE NOT WANTED, AND DISRESPECTED. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!!

Dropped in a few times to pick up some things for my daughter. Yesterday I stopped in for myself there was a very nice young woman helping in the store I didnt catch her name however, she was so helpful to me walked around with me and helped me find everything I needed as well as made recommendations on products I might like. She was a pleasure. A gentleman came in and she helped him while continuing to help me.

Their products are marked up. I went to purchase some hair products. They told me it was 25.00. I said never mind. Went to Orange and same exact products cost 16.00. Ill take the ride to Orange.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Absolutely Horrendous verbal assault from the manager or whomever is behind the counter, I guess speaking Spanish is a crime everywhere now since he threatened to call the police on me for speaking on the phone which is rich coming from another POC, I feel sorry for whoever has to work with this senile petty dude. Seriously, do yourself a favor and walk away because you lose all human rights entering this shop. Customer service and loyalty go out the window here. Absolutely disgusting, sad too cuz they had a couple good products here.

Nice clean and the service was excellent all the way to the end and prices was good aswell.

They have everything from my parents country for hair products. Best place ever just wish they give a discount for the regular customers. Other than that awesome place.

I really don’t even understand why they’re still in business🙄 I only go here if I can’t make it to my girl MiMi on main street or there’s no parking near the black guys beauty supply around the corner. The owners customer service really sucks! 🙄 I honestly would give her NO stars if I could with her non welcoming and nasty a** attitude.

Large international assortment of beauty products, neatly kept, good prices, metered parking on street or around back behind building. Knowledgeable staff, just wish the closed a bit later.

The owner and her husband were so rude. They are lazy, they cant run that store without an extra hand because the two of them are the worse and their rudeness just cost them a good customer. The women snapped on me and banged her hand on the desk to get my attention to show me a product instead of saying excuse me miss etc. I am not a dog and am a human being. Her husband gave me an attitude prior to that when i asked about the whereabouts of a product. I wasnt going to wait for a strike three. They have all I need in this store, but because of that experience I will no longer step my foot in there again. I will drive the extra miles to search for another beauty supply store with good service.

I always get greeted when I walk through the door and great service when I inquire about products.

The owner is very rude and had an attitude, when I went to smell a product the owner told me to not do so. I listen and continued to shop. When I got to the counter she was so rude and had a very stern look on her face. I ended up changing my mined and not getting the item. And on my way out she says “Don’t come back”

I had a horrible experience in this beauty supply store. The owner of the store was unhelpful, unwelcoming and had a condescending tone when asked questions about her merchandise. This is not my first time shopping here, as a member of this community, and leaving with these same feelings. However, as a result of this experience, it will be my last.
