Wonderful car buying experience! Billy is an honest guy and really cares about his customers. Bought a 9 year old Civic as is. We got a great price so we were ok with having no warranty especially since it was an older car. The next day we noticed a crack on the windshield. It was on the bottom and had been hidden underneath the windshield wipers. I called Billy. He didnt know about it either as he had been out a few days. Even though he sold us the car as is...he had us bring it in and installed a new windshield free of charge. Also put in new fog light for us since one bulb was out. Great family business and great customer service

Purchased a car from them. They erased the check engine light so it doesn’t come on. The check engine light just came on after a few days of purchase. It’s ok though I used my OBD scanner before buying the car so I knew it was coming but be careful with them as they erase the check engine light on their cars.

Background : I travel to NY once a month for work reasons and wanted a car in NY so that I dont have to rent every time I come here. It was getting a little expensive. So I was looking for one in the 10k range.Incident : Saw this car online and called them and said I was coming. I went to the dealership today morning(04/23/2021). Drove all the way from Westchester, NY. Went in and asked about it, the guy handed me the keys and said hed be right with me. I waited there outside over 40 minutes and it was a little cold too. Another customer came after me and he was working with her. Guy was too busy playing with his dog too. He saw me waiting outside a good number of times when he walked outside but didnt bother. I was wearing sweatpants and hoodie and mightve thought I wouldnt be a good customer I dont know. Didnt even show me the slightest of courtesy. After 40 minutes, I went inside and he came out with me. Funny part is they didnt even ask me whether I wanted to take it for test drive. He mightve thought I didnt have the money for a car. The check engine light was on. I asked him why and he said it could be the traction control. I was like WTH. He scanned it and got 7 codes and it was the camshaft position sensor. I threw a price for the car. He said No. Sorry and walked inside. Dude didnt even tell me to come inside so that we can negotiate. This is definitely not 4.4 star establishment. Not to me at least. Not worth the 2 hours of drive and 1 hour of them treating me like s***

Hands down one of the best, if not, the best used car dealership I went to. Took my cousin to get his first car, and the sales team there were very welcoming, and made sure we left with the car my cousin wanted (2008 mercedes-benz c 300), and he left very happy. We never went to the dealership. After reading reviews of how quick this dealership responded, my husband reached out about a Tacoma. The number they have listed is not set up for voice mail and no one would answer. Absurd. What, only 1 person working there? Although we emailed, we didnt receive a response. My husband found an alternate number and when he called, the person was extremely rude to him and said the truck was pending a deposit. The rudeness definitely turned us off to looking there again.

Nice people but bad cars. Paid 21k for my car and had to spend another 2k fixing it.The rotors were falling apart all four corners, axles were ripped off. Front tires had bubbles. They might of been blind when they did the thousand check points that they say because man I had to do work on this car. This is aside from the check engine light that came on for an electrical issue after a month. Which I fixed myself with the bmw system. It was not the abs module btw it was the front grille actuator that had a short circuit, I didnt spend more than 100$ for this actuator. For which I was freaking out because i had to bring it to the DMV for inspection. Tell your mechanic it wasn’t the abs module.And just to spice things up, the car was stolen in ny and recovered, but since ny doesn’t make the titles salvage when this happens the title was clean, and also to finish this up the car was rear ended and this was not disclosed to me at the time of sale. Oh and also gave me a second key that was not for my car.All this might sound annoying but everything is in fact true.Now after 3k approximately I have the car running smooth and strong. But my advice to the people out there is ask for a car fax report or even better copy the vin # and run a car fax on your own. Do not trust what they tell you they are only trying to sell their vehicles to you and if they don’t run the day after I guarantee you that they will definitely turn their back to you.

I purchased a 2009 Nissan Rouge. Knowing it had 106,000 miles. Radio worked for a couple days then found out speakers blown it was done. Absolutely over-paid for this vehicle. It needed new breaks, battery, tires wheel alignment. They got me. Definitely getto would not recommend and be careful.

First and Foremost, one of my good friends and I went to see a car and we were pleasantly greeted by Billy. Billy was very knowledgeable and quite professional and courteous. When two African American men go looking to test drive cars, the perception we got from some dealers were very skeptical and not very customer-service like. Some didnt even bother to explain the features of cars or look at the car with us. Do yourself a favor and go to a certified pre owned dealer. I purchased a 2013 mercedes c300 from here in august. The day before Thanksgiving my engine wouldnt turn over . I Had the car towed to Mercedes who ran a diagnostic on it and have been told my engine needs to be replaced. I have only made 3 payments on this car and now have a repair costing me over 5k. Called the owners of pristine and they are no help..so save your money and your peace of mind and go elsewhere. There vehicles are in nice exterior shape but there cars are LEMONS.

I have a family of 5 and have been purchasing used cars for many many years. I’m also not very easy to deal with because I hate car salesman but I have to tell you after my experience with Pristine, I will never go anywhere else to buy a car.The owner Sal and his staff are the absolute most honest and professional group of individuals I’ve ever dealt with not to mention no one can beat his prices. No bogus hidden fees!!!Lastly, they offer car detailing service and I have to tell you they are the absolute best I’ve ever seen. I’ve had my vehicles detailed by many different companies and none Compare to Pristine. I’m extremely picky when it comes to my cars I have to have perfection. I’ve had 6 cars detailed in the past week one of them was an absolute mess, coffee stains along with dust buildup and stickie residue stuck all over the center console and in between the seats and when they were finished detailing the inside you can eat off the floor. I also had black scuff marks and sap that I could never get out of the paint no matter what I tried and told by other professional detailers that if I want to get that stuff out it’s going to require a lot of work and cost me a lot more money.Well guess what! Pristine not only was able to get it out, they didn’t charge me a dime extra. Now that’s what I call world class customer service! I wish I can show you the before and after it’s incredible!Thanks to Pristine and team for providing great customer service!

Now my credit score is in the mid 700’s. So not only did I get a Lexus for under 10k but I also improved my credit score... Absolutely fantastic place, with fantastic employees running every department. Went on a random google search to see if anyone had a Mitsubishi Evo for sale, and not only did they have the EXACT one I was looking for, but it was found through Carfax so I knew it was legit. The next day, I stopped by to see it in person and fell in love with the car. Everyone I talked to treated me like family and worked with me in every aspect, including what I could afford then and there and what I could pay off later in the week. They kept up with communication and made buying a car such a breeze. A week after, I traded in my previous Lancer, and drove off with my beautiful Evo. Plus, the mechanics do everything they can to make their cars run like new, with so many beautiful models on sale. I have never been so proud of myself for pulling the F-it move and getting my Evo and so appreciative of Pristine for following their business name and being absolutely pristine about their work. If anyone is looking for a used car, daily or show worthy, that could pass as brand new, I would definitely push them to Pristine Auto.P.S. IRESPOSNABLE!!! I bought an used van because I am running new business. Since I first talked to the guy who did the paperwork I let him know that van is going to be used in the business and he asked me for the fees and everything which is paid right away (have proofs of that) he sends me regular plates. I understand mistakes can happen and I am the kind of guy who hardly gets mad but I went there three times and I had no solution for that.I don’t want this happen to anybody. I am running a business as well and I think that costumer service is the most important part of the business. Inappropriate vocabulary. These people will get into your nerves and ruin your day. Was sold a car that lasted a month before it broke down, the warranty got cancelled because the warranty company had no idea the car was modified & I turned to the dealer for help & was told they cant help me ! That it could have been my fault thats just terrible service & I thought who I talked to at the dealership were two good guys.
