I certainly tried multiple times to get my merchandise back..the owners mother was extremly rude..i spoke to owner kathy after multiple calls...merchandise was gone and no financial payment gained..i was not allowed to take back my existing merchandise Kathy was to call me...this is truly just plain thieft.I have done for years businees with other consignment shops.never had this happen..i would recommend people not leave merchandise there..at some point i may file a thieft complaint with the Bloomfield police..it is the principle here.Denise
