I been shopping there ever since they opened up, GREAT PRICES, I will drive 40mins. Away just to shop there because the prices and I always find what I am looking for. They also have Good customer service.

I always frequented this store until they followed my daughters this past September. My youngest daughter went to the counter to ask about a product and noticed that the Hispanic lady was watching them the entire time on the camera. Even then, my daughters paid for their items. My daughters called me to tell me what happened. I went to the store and the lady denied that my daughters were being followed. I asked her if she forgot what year this was and reminded her that her paycheck comes from us, the customers. I also reminded her that she was no different from us in this country. Never will I allow my daughters to be denigrated like that by anyone. I demanded that she give my children back their money and told my children to her face to never give a store your money if they see you only as a thief!

The owners and staff are extremely rude. They will also follow you around from the time you walk in until you leave. Products are overpriced. Definitely not worth it for the horrible experience you get. I will never return to this store again. The same people that they harass are funding their lifestyles. That’s ironic.

Some prices are higher of course because its Bloomfield area. However, they are always pleasant and helpful. One of my favorite stores for hair.

I only gave this place 1 star because its the only way I could write this review. It is the worst beauty supply store Ive ever been to. Its over priced, their products looks old & I get followed around. Went there today & the lady that works there literally stood right next to me basically while Im trying to find what I need. I felt so uncomfortable & put my stuff back & left. Im not saying dont watch over your store for ppl that steal but did she really need to stand next to me? Never again!

Its ok if you have a cosmetic emergency. The young man and woman who work there are very nice.

This beauty supply store has a good assortment of name brand products to meet consumer needs as well as professionals! at good prices! The management and staff know their products well and are courteous.The big draw here is the full assortment of hair extensions and wigs, especially for people of color.To name a few: Shampoos, conditioners, perm relaxers, shaving creams, depilatory shaving powder.. ( my favorite), hair scissors, electric clippers for hair beard tremors, large assortment of hair dye, fingernail polish and makeup!High marks from yours truly!

Just went there today

Told the manager today 11/29/20 i will not be back again cause of his rude customer service, I bought a pack of hair and it had W on the outside of the package and when i got home and opened the package the word washed on the inside of the package and the hair felt different,,when i showed him he say slick stuff under his breath and i was repeating everything he said letting him know that i heard him.Then i let him know i will not be back because of his lack of customer skills and him being rude after i got my refund..

Worst customer service experience. The people that work here are extremely rude. I will never go there again. I was followed around in the store like I was a thief. I have never felt so discriminated against. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!

They never open up on time!!!! I come here during my break and they pretty much wasted my time!!! literally waiting for them to open .. it says they open 10am but always open up a half hr to a hour later this is everyday ! They need to change the time !!! Will not b coming back

Great variety of products! They used to have cheaper priced products but I guess popularity caused them to increase. They are still my go to place!

The store is small, the staff is friendly, they open on time and the products are affordable. If you are in need of hair care or make up COME HERE FIRST before you get overcharged somewhere else.

Their customer service sucks. They view every customer as a potential shoplifter as if women do not read the products contents before purchasing or ask questions about the quality of the product. I ended purchasing 1 item as opposed to the 6 I came in for after being followed and questioned while I was trying to purchase. They will never get my business again.

Rude. They follow you all around the store without even so much as a greeting and assume you’re going to steal. Better be white or white looking when you head inside.
