I have been here twice. The first time was to get some pads to fix some slipping, rubbing shoes (which I bought elsewhere). The staff were very helpful and attentive on what ended up being a $10 fix, but they spent 15+ minutes with me working to get it right. I came back later for a heel replacement and conditioning on two pairs of leather ankle boots. I was really pleased to learn that they did do regular repairs, not just orthopedic work. They only charged $14 per pair, and when I got the boots back, they looked nearly new. For $28, I was able to save two $150+ pairs of boots that I thought were beyond hope. I love that I can keep my money in Bloomfield and get such fine work done.

Excellent. Loved my first visit. The sales lady was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. In addition, they have a wide variety of shoes. I am glad my podiatrist referred me to the store for orthotics and orthopedic shoes. They have gained a loyal customer.

I would Never go back here ever again, I would hear good things about this place, so I wanted check it out for my daughter, When I got to the place, I had to wait for a Guy name Rita, waited 45 mins and when it was my turn, he skip me and went with someone else. I told him and he said you have to wait again, so I took my business somewhere else.

I came last week to get my daughter (8months) feet measured the gentleman was very pleasant. He stated they did not have her size they will have to order it and it will be in next week (which is this week) I received a call yesterday stating the shoes are now in stock and I can come pick them up. I get there today with my daughter and to try on the shoes the shoes are the wrong size and crossed out on the paper that they only start at a size 3. I wish the gentleman who called me would have told me this so I wouldnt have brought my daughter out with all these germs..

The service I have gotten every timeI have been to the store has been excellent, and the selection while small, is very good.Sometimes you may have to wait a little bit for service, however it’s worthwhile to so. They will take the time to get get your properly fitted and comfortable. Just to set a realistic expectation, do not expect department store prices, the small business prices they offer are good and worth the few extra dollars of avoiding the mall, and supporting your local community.

This is my absolute favorite shoe store to buy boots from. Roberto and all the staff there are so great. I will never buy my Uggs from any other place. They go above and beyond to help, and are the most patient people. Wish I could give them 10 stars!!!!

My uncle and cousin went into this store today in search for specialty shoes. My uncle attempted to explain what he was looking for and the customer service rep lost his patience due to not understanding his accent and told him to go elsewhere. My cousin then approached my uncle asking what was wrong in Spanish, since she doesnt speak any English and the rep asked that they stop speaking Spanish and that if they continued to do so they should get out. My cousin tried explaining in her limited English that she understands English however, does not speak it well. The man responded by firmly kicking them out of the store. My family felt clearly discriminated against and humiliated. One star because the app wont allow me to post without having selected a star.

This is my 1st time here. My mother needed some orthopedic sneakers because her feet are so bad. The guy that helped us was so nice. He took her sneakers off and even helped her put on her sneakers. He was so nice and gentle with my mother. She absolutely loved her new sneakers and have not had any pain in the past 2 weeks. I highly recommend this place.

I only wanted to give it one star, but decided to give it two for the service the staff member has given me. He was more than welcoming and allowed me to try on various shoes the store carried. I was uncertain about the shoe I was purchasing so I was advised to wear it around my flat for a couple of days and if I still didn’t feel satisfied to bring it back for a refund. Several days later I made an effort to return the shoes. The manager in charge refused to take it back. He said it wasn’t clean. I found this hard to believe since I only wore it around the house. He then became extremely aggressive and rude to me as I was becoming upset myself. I left my shoes in the store with the manager WITHOUT a refund. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have been going here to have lifts put on my shoe for nearly 20 years now. They have always been professional to my parents and then to me when I became the customer. Their work is top notch and will repair any of their work. As long as Im living in the tristate area I will come here for my lifts.

I was looking for a good shoe that was comfortable enough to wear to work being that Im on my feet all day. so one of my coworkers told me about J T Murdock shoes. They were a little expensive but worth it. made my feet feel like theyre on cloud nine. I tell you these shoes last me for 2 years. Yes I think I got my monies worth. I definitely would recommend this store. Im about to buy me a new pair.

Terrible customer service w NO HEART and racist.DONT GO THERE IF YOU CAN FIND A SECOND PLACE . they dont care how patients feel w the shoe they make after we pay. the gentleman looked so cold even when I told him --I slipped and got hurt after he replaced the original bottom by a new nonsplippery piece without mortifying me .I wished I could have found a second place who can make orthopedic shoe for my situation near my home. very upset w them after 6 years business w them . even though I wasnt satisfied w their attitude in the past, I never complained about it .
