Terrible service every time. The employees do not wear masks but instead dawn the most stank faces Iโve ever seen. Always feel like an inconvenience being a customer here and if theyโre not harassing you because they think your stealing then theyโre just sitting on their phones. My experience today was the last straw. I wish I got the brown haired girl with a slash in her eyebrows name because Iโve never had a worse interaction with someone in a store. Unapologetic and a bad attitude. I will not be giving my business to this location and will let my friends know as well. Thereโs a new location in wood field you could try out, or if you like vibrant colors I suggest hot topic
Absolutely no one in this store knows what they are doing. I spent almost $100 in 2 days because they say well its up to you when you ask for their advice. I went back today to get toner because the woman with the green and black hair told me yesterday that I didnt need toner and my hair turned urine yellow and speaking to another woman today she told me what toner to get after seeing my hair and said it will turn an ash blonde with some natural lighter pieces MY HAIR IS GREEN. Complete waste of money and they are all CLUELESS. Do not go here. Youre better off shaving your head.
Cashier was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean, stocked and organized but unfortunately this store is small compared to others I go to sallys for my child hair products and sadly they do not carry all the children hair products. Its just a select few of maybe 3 brands with about 8-10 hair products to pick from.
Very busy store, employees were very nice and helpful when they can be- in no way is this a negative review towards the employees. Saying that...ATTENTION MANAGEMENT: Your store is understaffed. You need to have a minimum of one to two more people on during the evening. There was a constant long line so anyone who really needed help outside of checkout would have needed to wait a long time because of the lack of staff. Please hire more employees, your store will run much better.Store was clean, merch was pretty stocked... Ion products could be better shelved, but everything was pretty good.
Went here 2 days in a row. Different girls were working each time. All the staff that I interacted with were very helpful and friendly
Very unprofessional! The swearing, whether in Spanish or not, is not professional. Never once did the employees stop their conversation to say hello or to ask if I needed help. I was looking to purchase hair extensions but i took my business elsewhere. Disappointing but I guess I will be driving farther away to get my supplies.
The sale was good, customer service is awesome, will be going back.

The two girls working would not have been more unhelpful. The store was a mess boxes everywhere and when i was trying to pick put my colors at one section one of the girls kept putting things away in the same aisle ignored me and when i asked a question just acting like it was an inconvenience me being in the store. When it came time to check out they didnt add my discount for the sales they had running first was 20% for mothers day I had to ask when I saw the prices the girl said she didnt know about it though if called before coming in to make sure it was applicable in store as I saw it online then she said I had to have a coupon because she needed the code and was annoyed when i showed her the email for the sale. Finally got rung up and walked out while looking at my receipt saw that they gave me the mothers day but didnt give me the buy 1 get one 50% for the ion hair color (this was advertised both online and on the shelves with the product!) so I turned back into the store and said I needed that cucted both girls told me that only applied to permanent not semi so I apologize walk back out but thinking something was wrong pull it up on my phone see its for all of the product I bought went back in checked the signs on the shelves saw the same and the I was due to receive a free tote for spending what I had went back to the check out let them now I was getting really upset for all this and that it said both online and on the shelves that my product was on the sale. Girl didnt even bother checking(which mph made me think they just didnt want to do it right the first time or fix it the second) said ok no apologise or anything said the difference would refund to my card and I had to point out that I paid cash and wanted my refund in cash.(this girl was the one at the front while I was shopping talking up a product not carried in store but sold by a different company that she worked for) since I work retail as my second job on top of a regular full time office job I doubt that Sallys wants their employees soliciting. business for other companys by their employees while they work. I usually like Sallys quite a bit as it has a decent selection and good prices and at other stores Ive been to the staff is helpful or at the least pleasant but I will not be going back to that location and u was so pissed off by the experience I almost returned everything instead of getting the refund for the incorrect ring up
