Cant say enough about the experience and service, going into this showroom. We had spent a good 2 hours in Mattress Firm down the street and left when the only thing they wanted to show us was the mattresses well over what we wanted to spend. The selection was very limited to certain brands. So we took our search to American Mattress and were greeted by Rick. He asked us what we were looking for in a bed and if we had a price point we were looking within, something the other store did not do. He said there are good mattresses in all price points which made us feel less stressed than our experience with Mattress Firm. We tried a few and ended up purchasing the Restonic Scott Living Signature SL2000 hybrid Eurotop set that we had never seen. Reviews were outstanding and the quality far better than any we looked at from the competitor. The bed was showing delivery in February but after Rick contacted the owner, he was going to try and get it to us on Saturday. Mind you, this was New Years Eve. I received a call from Rick the next day with news that indeed our mattress would arrive Saturday. Delivery was free and the take away of the old mattress as well, something that the competitor actually charges $100 to do. The delivery was scheduled between 3:30 and 5:30 and they were even early. The delivery and set up was as simple as the purchase. We have now had 3 nights on our new mattress and are happy with our purchase so far. The service was outstanding!!! I can not recommend this store and manager more highly. We will definitely do business here if needed in the future.
