Niko was so kind and helpful in explaining the colors with the undertones which helped me decide on the color I was looking for, they even color matched the island to a color in my home. I have definitely recommended them to family and friends.

If you are debating on whether or not you want to wait for Got a Painter due to all the jobs in front of yours or the price is a little higher than other bids, this review is for YOU! My wife and I decided we just couldnt wait the 3 month lead time for Got a Painter to do our cabinet refinishing. We hired someone else who said all the right things and could start right away. The result was a disaster and Got a Painter saved the day! That someone else did not do the proper prep work on the cabinets, cut corners, used an incorrect primer and paint combination and ultimately we ended up with a mess that cost us thousands of dollars to fix. Small claims court is in our future now due to our lack of patience. Dont make the same mistake! Tommy and his wife were compassionate and empathetic to our situation. They were willing to work nights, weekends, and early mornings to fit my job in to rectify all the damage. No one knows more about paint, primers, clear coats, sealants, or refinishing cabinets than Got a Painter period. You will not find anyone who is as professional, knowledgeable, or dedicated to the craft of cabinet refinishing as Got a Painter. I have gutted 3 kitchens and I have never met someone who takes such great pride in producing quality work. Dont risk it. Wait for Got a Painter. I can not say enough good things about the work they did in my home. We had outdated oak cabinets that were in great condition and they brought them back to life. They look like brand new cabinets and are absolutely beautiful! As a realtor, I’ve seen countless kitchens with painted cabinets and I can truly say mine do not look like painted cabinets. Please note that they do not just paint your cabinets and call it a day. It’s an extensive and laborious multi-step process, which they take care and effort to complete. Lots of washing and sanding and priming - then painting. They even patch any existing damaged areas. They are thorough and detailed!Clean. I confess - I’m a bit of a neat freak. I also have really expensive wood floors that I was slightly freaking out about them getting paint on. NOPE. Not one tiny little, stray spec of paint anywhere. Nico made sure to clean up after himself before leaving everyday. He even mopped my kitchen floor one day, which officially makes him one of my favorite humans.Timely. They gave me a start date, which they very much started on. And kept me informed of how things were moving along. They didn’t waste my time. Nico was at my front door when he said he would be - not one minute later.Transparent. From the quoting process, to project start, project duration, and project completion - I knew what was happening and what to expect.
