Inside Stratford Square on the second floor this store caters to those who love trendy teen themes. Lots of accessories, t-shirts, clothes, pins, patches and other item fill the store. My Hero Academia merchandise galore! I usually order online and pick it up in the store. Plenty of mall parking. Close to outside door near Red Robin Restaurant. Also lots of Disney goods on the shelves

Staff is super awesome and all the cult classics you could ever need.

Its hot topic. Honestly. This store is the example of why I love hot topic so much. The employees were kind, it was fully stocked, and I had a great time looking at the items for sale.

Generic alternatives store, its not cool or unique anymore. Everyone knows where you get stuff from if you shop here. Poser paradise. 1 star

Haven’t been here in years, and what a terrible recent experience. Bought some jewelry for my birthday and I was surprised to come home and notice how dirty the boxes were.. you can’t see anything in such a dark store, and on top of that I wasnt really fond of a pair of tunnels I had purchased either and everything is final sale even if it’s unopened. Maybe you should fully seal the jewelry so you’re not selling people something that’s already dirty..? Unimpressed and very disappointed with my purchase and experience.

I just had the WORST experience Ive ever had at hot topic. If I could leave zero stars I would. I ran inside to buy my friend some hair dye so she could wait in the car with her dog. I go inside and they demand to see my ID for a DEBT CARD. The manager was rude when I told her I didnt have my ID on me. What shouldve taken five minutes took more like fifteen minutes. She had to park the car and come in with her ID, leaving the dog in the car because of a stupid policy that has never been inforced before. Ive never had that happen in a hot topic before, all I was buying was some damn hair dye. I will never shop here ever again.

My tweens love this store, I used to love this store but it is no longer so edgy and feels to have sold out. Im sure anyone over 30 knows what I mean ..but staff was nice, helpful, and got some good sales right before xmas
