I went in a few days ago not sure what color to choose and Javier spent some time with helping me choose colors. He also informed me about the sample pints. I will definitely be back when I need paint again, thanks to Javier. He made my shopping experience really enjoyable even with the store being busy.

I had some bad experience at different paint store,but Schubert Novelo helped me a lot. He is a professional at his job, and was very kind. Whatever I asked him, he knows everything. I saved a lot of money with good advisor.

Wanted just a small (smaller than a quart) mixed paint.i needed just to cover a one foot square area. They wouldnt do it..said I had to buy a quart size for $29.00. I said forget it. Ill go somewhere else.

We agreed price over the phone. When I arrived they said they cannot make it and proposed 25% higher price. Wasted my time.

Only ok because its the closest location on Benjamin Moore paint however, their customer services lacks professionalism. I went in 5 min before their closing time without knowing that (no sign on door) and while they still were assisting a customer I went in and right away the man at the counter said they are closed and he cannot help me and while I tried to ask him if he could mix two gallons of paint for me while hes finishing up with his customer he just kept saying they are closed. There were two employees in total. To be honest if this was my business I would have let the customer speak and later decide if Ill be able to help them or not. And I know what Im talking about since I too am a business owner.

He employees at this store are #1 professionals, unlike home depot or the other box stores. here you can get advise and suggestions from people who know the product and can do a color match when the computer match is wrong. the manager Tim Tumminaro is is a star employee and will bend over backwards to help a customer. my problem is when warren buffet started changing the business model looking to cater to high end clients. the product is great but the prices have actually doubled in the past 5 years. $29 dollars a gallon for contractor grade flat paint with a discount is CRAZY! i moved on to sherwin willams for my job supplies, but an occasional customer request moore paint. its nice to visit with the guys there, but when the bill comes i want to barf.
