Chance Black is amazing hearing aid specialist! Previously had OPN 1 and now i jumped on Oticon More - big improvement in all aspects. Chance does explain all the things clearly and understands the client needs, because of him i was able to adjust my new hearing aids perfectly! Lisa is really quick and effective when it comes to purchasing hearing aids or scheduling an appointment, also she is very welcoming! I do recommend this place and i do recommend the new Oticon More hearings aids, trust me - you wont be disappointed!

Chance Black was an excellent dispenser in Massachusetts, I was very happy with him until the day I had an appointment with Chance and found the office locked.Later I found out that AccuQuest Hearing Centers had closed the offices and Chance was transferred to Illinois.There was no courtesy on letting this patient of his knows about it. Now I dont have anywhere to go to take care of my questions and make adjustments on my hearing aids.Very poor decision to leave like robbers in the night. AccuQuest got a stain on its name.
