Loved this place. Was my first time getting waxed and they were so nice and welcoming and I had such a good time. My waxer, Victoria, was awesome and made me feel comfortable right away. Will definitely be a regular now.

I went here for my first body wax experience. Ive had my brows and underarms done before so that was a breeze. This was my first leg wax and Darcy was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and not self conscious. I am plus size and she was so polite and made me feel great! I ended up booking a Brazilian with her later that evening, which was also easier than I thought it would be. If I lived in the area, I absolutely would keep going here!

I’ve gotten waxed here for over a year now. I have had 3 different ladies (Brazilian) wax me and they’re great, but Ashton is literally amazing. She makes it as pain free as possible and is super easy to talk to - which is a nice distraction! She is extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell and my hair type. I will not get waxed my anyone else! Ashton is by far the best.

Ashton is amazing! I’ve been going to EWC for 2 years now, in multiple cities. This was the best wax I’ve ever had! It was painless as Brazilians could ever be. If your pain threshold is low like mine, Ashton’s your girl!

I had a weird experience a year ago, didnt know if Id be back. But got a wild hair in August and started going again. I now have a wax pass so Im saving money and Casey is fantastic! Very knowledgeable, quick, but also thorough and a good conversationalist. Would recommend to anyone who needs a wax!

Friendly staff. They use a minimally painful type of wax that I adore. Got my eyebrows shaped, and they have a thing where first time customers get their first waxing (from a list of types they provide on their website) for free. Definitely will go again.

My first time today. Sierra at the front desk was lovely. Karen was my specialist. I had the Brazilian. She made me feel so comfortable and listened to my concerns. She was very attentive. The end result was amazing and the whole process was quick and I had the least amount of pain ever getting one of these done. I recommend this place and I highly recommend Karen! I already have my next session scheduled!

I have been going to this location since I moved here a few years ago. I love love love the European wax center! Its so easy to make and cancel your appointments via their app. I have received my service by different people and each one is lovely and professional and I always felt comfortable. All of the staff is super friendly every time I have an appointment. I have to shout-out to Rachel though, whos been continuously working with me to meet my skin care needs and Im glad to have her expertise on my side.

I have always had an amazing experience here from the start. The ladies always give so many amazing tips! I have gotten brows, underarms, Brazilians and neck done all as painless as waxing possibly can get. Ive have a few of the ladies wax me but my favorite girl is named Amanda. She is good at helping you get you mind off of the sting with chatter!

I have been using services here for two years and I cannot recommend them enough. From the moment you walk in they treat you like they are happy to see you. The staff is friendly and genuine, making you feel like youre visiting friends when you go in. I have a big scar in my eyebrow and nobody has been able to work with it but Rachel always makes it look great! She does a great job with my Brazilian as well. Even though Ive just had my body hair torn out, I always leave in a better mood than when I came in.

At this location all staff are so friendly and professional.First time I had my eyebrows done, was with Cindy (she did an excellent job and was very sweet). The second time Cindy wasn’t available so I set up and appointment with Amanda( she was professional, talkative and gave me tips about my eyebrows on how to make it look even more beautiful) she also gave me tips of how to get around the area since I just moved here four weeks ago and don’t much about Northwest. I highly recommend this place.

Came here for the first time today and had a great experince. Courtney did my eyebrows and they came out perfect! This place is a bit more pricey when compared to their competitors. However, the wax they use is soft and way less painful! Ive done threading and traditional waxing and was left with inflamed skin and tears in my eyes. None of that here! They took me right at the time of my appointment.

I used to go to the Benefit Brow Bar in Macys to get my brows done. My husband made me an appointment here and I am so thankful. Danielle listened to what my brow goals were and we made a game plan. She did a WONDERFUL job and I loved it so much, I bought 12 waxes to keep me going. My brows are growing out to what I want and I will continue to go here. The place is VERY clean. VERY professional and attentive employees. Love love love my brows!

I have a hectic schedule, so scheduling ahead is difficult for me...it’s easy to schedule same day appointments at this location and everyone is very friendly. I would prefer that I saw the same person each time going in, but again that’s my personal issue of never being able to really schedule ahead (no fault of the waxing salon at all). Clean and always quick and efficient. Love that there are packages available 👌🏼

I love this place! Everyone at the front desk is always so nice and REAL, no awkward, forced conversations. I see Ashley W for my eyebrows, upper legs, and brazilian, and she is just a gem. Super fast, super clean, and she does an a fantastic job. I was super nervous at first, but Ashley really is great to talk to and makes me feel comfortable.

I love European Wax Center. Their people are always nice and know what they are doing. Courtney was fantastic! She was friendly and familiarized herself with what I needed. She respected it had been a while since I last waxed and was gentle.

That are friendly and do a great job but I have one big concern that earned them a one star. Short story- Beware: they break client confidentiality big time! Someone called and got information concerning my account and package services I have had/used etc. more than a couple times.

I love European wax center but after going here I will definitely not be back. The person who waxed me did a terrible job. I had to re do my eyebrows and shave the few hairs that were left elsewhere. I also have to get my eyebrows redone at another place. She was just really sloppy. However, usually this place is the best place to go. Im going to make sure never to go back to this particular location again.

Such awesome and friendly staff! The place was very clean and I remember liking the playlist they had going. This was my very first time getting anything waxed besides my eyebrows. I must say, its not nearly as painful as I thought. I tend to get very nervous before anything I know may hurt, I tend to really build it up in my head, any way both times the wax specialist was awesome and sparked a conversation to keep me distracted from the waxing. Overall 10/10 would recommend.

Not only were my daughters brows thinned too much but she forgot her wallet in the room. After realizing this, we called (about 1 1/2 hrs later) and were told “Nothing was turned in” and made to feel as if we were making stories up. When we requested that the camera footage be reviewed, we again were made to feel as if we were fabricating stories. We ended up going back to the location the next day after not receiving ANY communication from the store manager and she said “I can see where you walked in with your wallet and left without it”...and then a blank stare. Nothing else? When we asked for corporates number we were told “I’m not allowed to give that out”. This is beyond frustrating and sad that people show no compassion or care for patrons. What Happen To Customer Service?

I had my very first waxing experience recently at this center and really loved it. Courtney was an amazing Waxer! I have had stitches through the same eyebrow twice, but she made them look super nice. I have never felt so confident about my brows! Courtney also introduced me to the EWC products and I really love them. Emma helped me at the front counter and was very welcoming and professional. She helped me to sign up for a wax pass so that I can really get the most for my money. This center is very clean, quick and professional. Thanks for a lovely first experience! I could not have had a better experience! Eunice is highly knowledgeable, extremely professional and makes me feel very comfortable in my own skin. Im a bigger girl, and I had been dreading going to get a Brazilian, mostly because I was insecure about the technician. However, Eunice made me feel incredible!! She was thorough, quick and the conversation was smooth. :)She also discussed their products with me, and while I was slightly skeptical, I selected the ingrown hair serum and used it for a month between waxings. It was amazing! I almost always have ingrown hairs, but not with this stuff. It was magical!Also...the front desk was so focused on top notch customer service! That is lacking these days, especially in salons. But not with this team. They are killer! So killer that I bought a year long package.Thank you to Eunice and the EWC team on Mill Plain!

Theyre decent but sloppy. Ive been going here for close to a year and a half and will continue to get my brazilian here but honestly theyre pretty cheap, close to my apartment and Im not dating atm.Ive seen almost every member of the staff and though they do their best to make it painless, dont expect to feel clean after. They will leave bits of wax on you every single time. It is very obvious, its purple, theyre just lazy. It will get stuck in your panties and irritate the skin. If it wouldnt be indecent Id attach the picture I took.I have been tweezed once, everyone else will just leave a random hair that refuses to get caught in the wax. They dont feel to see if they missed anything and even looking down you can see they missed a ton. I tried once to go in for a redo because they missed half my bikini line and was treated like the plague.Ill keep going because its not too expensive and conveniently located, but bring baby wipes to clean yourself up after.

Visited this place a little over a month ago as first time customer and got the full face wax deal. I was charged 39$ instead of 53$, for being first time customer. I was expecting free eyebrow wax (which is 22$) as advertised, but whatever. I was pleased with everything but the eyebrows. It was waxed thin and out of shape. I wasnt asked what shape I preferred and I didnt say anything, my fault. So when I went in for my next appointment, I let the receptionist know full face except the eyebrow. She said yeah just let her know when shes waxing. So all done and no eyebrows waxed I come out and get handed the full bill of 53$. I told the lady again, I did not get my eyebrows done. And she responded with the full face package you have to pay the full price wether you get everything waxed or not. Ok..... would had been really GREAT to know that before I went in. I would had asked for someone who does a good eyebrow wax and gotten it done. I said I thought since it was discounted the first time it would had been this time too. According to her I got a 30% discount the first time for being first time customer which actually was like a weird 26% discount . Then she tells me its cheaper either way. Nope it wasnt, without the eyebrows, total would had been 52$. So I have this really strong vibe of being ripped off again if I ever went back. Which is a shame because the last person who waxed for me was a real nice girl and did a good job.

I’ve been getting waxed at this location for around a year now and have had great experiences up until recently. I moved to Eugene, OR a few months ago but continued to get waxed in Vancouver because I liked European Wax Center so much and they don’t have a location closer to Eugene. I drove all the way from Eugene to my appointment and showed up 9 mins late (because of Portland traffic) and my appointment was cancelled. I was told the next available time was an hour later. So very frustrated I wasted hours of my time to drive up to this location to get crappy treatment in return. Will not be returning or buying any products again from this company.

Came here my first time because I got referred by a friend. It hurt. But I loved the after look so much I got a pckg deal right after my first appointment! I definitely come back every 3-4 weeks get freshly cleaned! Racheal is my fav girl to go too, super nice, quick !

The front desk ladies are always pleasant. However, both times I’ve gotten a bikini wax the wax ladies have made it uncomfortable and awkward. Also, the wax temperature is too hot for my taste around the groin area. I don’t think bikini wax is their specialty here, because they have to re-do areas which makes it more uncomfortable to lay on the table longer. The tweezing method is unpleasant too.

Ok, let me start out by saying this place is clean. Let me also say that the professionalism is not there. The esthetician does NOT leave the room for you to disrobe she stays in the room and waits for you to take off your clothes (I was getting a Brazilian) .. the wax that they use, they say its amazing and special only to their business. This may be great wax if you have thin or fine hair.. but after i got waxed it would stay smoothing for maybe 3 days then instant grow back!!! After spending $70+ with tip on a Brazilian I definitely wanted that lasted longer. I gave them 3 tries and that was it. Waste of money!!!Since then I have gone to the local beauty store and purchased a wax kit for at home.. it has been 2 weeks and ALL is still smooth! the kit only cost $30 bucks.

Horrible customer service, asked for a person with experience & I get a girl 1 year out of school. Didnt want to talk or chat. Waxer must not have been properly trained in school since Ive been waxed multiple times with less breakage than I have ever had. No tweezing done at all, did not completely wax me bare how I asked. Her wax is all over the place on both sides of inner legs numerous times, no smooth pattern in her waxing style. Repeatedly waxed the same area 3-4 times. Best advice is find a private waxer who has years in the books with Brazilians.This place has 15 minute windows for appts, when Brazilians take at least 30 minutes to an hour. Would not reccomend.

If youre nervous about trying this place out, let me put your mind at ease.I read all of the bad reviews they have before making an appointment, scared that Id have to pay good money for a bad experience. But when I saw how little of bad reviews they have, I decided to give this place a try.Ive never gotten anything waxed before except my eyebrows, so I was a little worried. But these ladies made the experience easy peasy and super great! My appointment was cheap due to me being a new customer, which was a great way to start the experience. They told me everything I need to know, and of course they told me all about their packages and products just like any other place. I have a feeling that the people who posted negative reviews due to them trying to upsell their products have never worked a day in retail before. They didnt pressure me at all into buying things and they were respectful when I declined.I got a Brazilian. It was quick. I think I was there for a whole 15 minutes. Bree did my waxing. Bless this girl, my butt is silky smooth now. She was very friendly and casual the whole time, which made me less uncomfortable with the fact that my naked butt was out in the open. No, she didnt leave the room when I was getting undressed. But she had her back to me until I was finished undressing. I honestly feel that if youre uncomfortable with taking your clothes off in the same room as someone, that you shouldnt be making an appointment to have someone putting their hands all up in your junk to pull your pubic hairs out. Maybe consider that.The pain wasnt nearly as bad as people make it out to be. A good trick is to inhale right before they pull the wax off. Pain is easier to deal with if you exhale as it happens. That made it easy for me! The temperature of the wax was uncomfortable to begin with, but she immediately asked how it felt and turned it down when I said it was a bit much.The place was very clean, the appointment was quick, and everyone was very informative and happy. My bits have never been so smooth. I picked up a bottle of their anti ingrown hair serum and even though its been two days of using it Im already seeing my ingrown hairs disappear. That was thrilling, since Ive struggled with those for years.Overall Id say Im overly satisfied with the experience. Ill definitely be returning here regularly, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a good wax.

Welcoming staff, the establishment is sleek and modern looking. I didnt feel like in was going into a sterile environment though they do keep it cold for the wax. I recommend a sweater. My waxer was really nice, made me comfortable and explained everything. She didnt rush and gave me great tips. The one thing I appreciated the most was that she and the staff did recomend products to buy and pacakages to perchase but never pressured me, so because of that I bought something.

Cross Posting this review because of how happy I am with EWC.Ive been going to this EWC for about a year and a half now for the Brazilian Wax as well as my eyebrows now.Cindy (Xitlalie) is amazing, and has been my go-to every single time, shes very nice but also takes time to make sure youre comfortable and to know exactly what youd like done.When I came to EWC for the first time its because I decided to try an At-Home Waxing Kit I had purchased (BIG MISTAKE )the only thing I managed to do was cause myself a lot of pain and I also I successfully glued my buttcheeks together trying to give myself a Brazilian. Unable to get unstuck, I started to look for help, and EWC looked not only the most professional but the most welcoming. I called them and explained my sticky situation, and the lady on the phone told me she could get me in right away.Im a very shy and modest person so this was really hard for me to do, especially with getting a Brazilian, however I made the right choice with EWC. Im never nervous or scared of my appointments and actually look forward to them. I love their products and their results.Every time I come in they have different promotions available with products as well as payment plans for wax passes.
