I visited Tradehome Shoes in Eastland mall looking for the newest version of Converse. I was greeted at the door and was immediately helped from the start. They had clear, understandable answers to my questions. The employees helped me find the most supportive shoe after carefully measuring my foot. I was given individual care and the employees voluntarily water-proofed and odor-sprayed my shoes before purchase. Both of the demonstrated products were purchased. I was pleasantly surprised when the employee named Rhett put the shoes on and laced them for me. I was very impressed with the service, and I walked out the door with my new favorite pair of Converse!

The salesman was a total douche, was wearing a suit with Birkenstocks... and acted really arrogant. I went in to buy a pair of converse that I 100% knew I wanted just wasnt sure about the size. Apparently they dont carry half sizes there which is ridiculous and they were also being sold for a price higher than you can get on the converse website itself. I left and bought them at Journeys in the same mall.
